About this property

Super cute middle row cottage- Short walk to beach, walk or ride bikes to shopping and restaurants. This vacation rental home in Emerald Isle can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. This beach home offers many amenities including a deck and screened porch with furniture, fenced backyard, enclosed outdoor shower, and more. We have cable TV and high speed internet provided by Time Warner Cable. This home is just a short walk to beach access at the end of Seagull Street. The public boat ramp is less than a mile away. We will consider one pet under 40 lbs with a $100 pet fee.

COVID-19 update: Emerald Isle is now allowing short term rentals, the beach is open but with social distancing, restaurants are open for take-out or delivery. Have any questions just ask.

Cozy Cottage

Lovely cottage at the beach! Great location just a few minutes walk from the ocean. Close to local restaurants and shopping. Owner is an excellent communicator and responds quickly. We hope to be back soon!

Nice cottage very close to the beach

Our family enjoyed the stay at Emerald Isle. The cottage have everything needed in the kitchen. We were surprised how close is to the beach. We enjoyed walking to the beach every day. Kristen was very helpful and responded to our messages in a timely manner. Hope we could come back.

Fabulous house

We had such a lovely time staying here. It is so central, within 5 minutes you are on the beach and everything else is within walking distance if you don't want to drive. Our dog loved the back yard and it was great to be able to let her out first thing in the morning so that I could enjoy a cup of coffee before going on our walk. My son loved the outside shower and the fact that there were boogie boards there that we could borrow. We will definitely be booking this the next time we visit Emerald Isle

Palm Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at Palm Cottage. The house was exactly as described. This was just a great little beach house that you felt comfortable staying in.

Great family vacation

We only stayed for a long weekend but will definitely be back. This was a great place to stay and so convenient to the beach. The weather was amazing and the neighbors were all extremely friendly. Great place for young children. Check in process was easy and home was very clean. The boys especially liked the outside shower- very easy for post beach wash down. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking- we cooked dinner one evening and breakfast one morning and coffee every morning. I liked having the washer/dryer combo to wash a load in the evenings as we were winding down so now I don’t have to go home and do it all. Kristie was very responsive to any questions/concerns and made everything easy peasy. No complaints here. Just looking forward to our next trip.
