Sea front, 2 bedrooms, sleeps up to 6, Cros de Cagnes, 10min to Nice Airport

The Villa is a recently renovated Detached house located in Cros de Cagnes on the Boulevard De La Plage overlooking the beautiful blue waters of the Mediterranean sea. The ground floor has the living room, Fully equipped kitchen, shower and toilet and there are Two Bedrooms on the first floor. There is a Terrace at the front of the house and a gated Garden on the side (please note that the neighbor at the back of the house has footpath access to the garden). There is also a TV and WI-FI in the house and a Sofa bed in the living room. The shower, toilet and clean-up room can also be accessed directly from the garden. Finally, to go to the Beach, just cross the road!

Great little place with an ideal location

This small house is right on the coast, literally 30 second walk to the beach. When we booked this we couldn't understand why it was still available and even to the point when we arrived we were sill thinking there must be something we won't like. If you like, sun, sea and sand, well pebbles, a beautiful location with small shops, restaurants and eating places then book this. If you want to wake up open the windows and see the sea and feel the warmth then book this. If you want to be in a busy little coastal hub with easy links to Nice, Canne and Monaco by bus or train then book this.

The only thing I would say is if you want quiet and peace then this probably isn't for you, there is a road between you and the coast and the restuarants stay open late meaning it's busy, but close the shutters and you won't here much.

All in all, we had a great week, me and the wife and two teeange kids and wouldn't hesiatate to book another week. Just don't book your flights through Easyjet......seven hour delay!

Excellent position

The little house we shared with my elderly parents was lovely, it was well positioned and well equipped.

My only issue was for my parents as the only bathroom was downstairs and as they both have mobility problems they decided to use the futon in the lounge area and not the 2nd bedroom upstairs.

The double glazing was amazingly good, overall I was very pleased and would recommend it to others

Skøn beliggenhed

Skønt lille hus med dejlig beliggenhed, lige i smørhullet af Cros de Cagnes.

Huset passer bedst til 4 personer - sengene er halvandenmands- i bredden, dynerne er dobbeltdyner, så man skal sove tæt på hinanden.

Pizzabageren rundt om hjørnet er super - alle fødevarer er i det hele taget gode og til at købe ind kort gå-afstand. Stranden superb - og lige over gaden.

Vi oplevede ingen problemer ved opholdet.

Great place

We had a great stay. I was afraid i would find it too busy, but it was great. Everything is nearby (restaurants, boulangerie, supermarket, the sea:)). The garden with shadow from the tree is very nice, and because it is a long garden, you can sit in the back, away from the traffic and people. That is very nice.

Interieur was great, kitchen equipement could be a little better (and more).

I will definately recommend this house to friends and family and we might return somday!

Beutiful little house, fabulous location

Spent 10 days with my husband and 2 children at this beautiful little house. The house was as you see it in the pictures - very clean, uncluttered , well equipped and in a perfect location on the sea-front.The air conditioning was very good and would cool down a room in minutes.

Arrived at 10pm and was worried that it might be noisy at night being on the main boulevard - noise was not an issue at all. In fact it was lovely being so close to the restaurants and the buzz around them.

There is a lovely little terrace/garden at the side of the house where we spent most evenings sitting out enjoying our food and wine. It was very pleasant dining outside, with the tourists passing so close by - you really felt the athmosphere of the resort.

The owners of the property are extremely nice people to deal with and always replied to my email promptly. Found them most helpful. Their agent worked close to the house and he was very efficient and helpful too.

The railway station is less than 10 minutes away so took day trips to Monaco and Cannes - both beautiful places worth visiting. The bus stop is closer to the house than the train station - got a bus into Nice one day - no problem getting on a bus. However the day we went to Cannes we set out intending to get a bus and enjoy the drive - had to abandon idea of going by bus as the buses were all full and weren't stopping. Antibbes is another beautiful place to visit - about 10 minutes by car. It lovely walking around the port browsing at the big yachts.


I would certainly recommend this property to a friend and hope to return their myself some time in the future.

A very enjoyable location

We two brothers felt very comfortable in this simple but modern villa for one week. Even though we booked one day before arrival, all was perfectly prepared and smoothly handed over to us by the nice local agent.

The kitchen is essentially equipped and has an inductive cooking field, therefore we had to use a gas camping cooker for our espresso can.

There was enough room for two pumped up inflatable Stand-Up-Paddle boards, outside in the forecourt and even inside the bath room that has it's own backdoor.

You have to be lucky to get a free parking place in front of the villa, otherwise you will find parking places in the side streets for 2€/day (with video surveillance).

  • The bedrooms are located on the first floor so the property may not be suitable for those who find it difficult to climb stairs though you can use the sofa bed on the ground floor. In the storage area near the shower, you will also find a few beach toys for children, a couple of mats to use on the beach, a few pairs of sandals to help you walk on the pebbled beach, a children’s tent and a parasol. When you are done enjoying these, please clean them and store them back so that the next guests can enjoy these same complimentary offers! Thank you. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
