It is a house on the ground floor in the Maritime Promenade of Empuriabrava, partially renovated but simple and without luxuries, with an excellent location on the beach front near with all shops, bars, restaurants and trendy shops one step away.

Exclusive parking space included in the price, located in front of the property.

Distribution: terrace overlooking the sea with barbecue, ideal for sunbathing, dining or having a soda; living room with open kitchen, in which there is a new two-seater sofa bed of 2019, television, two folding bunk single beds, dining table and matching chairs ... the kitchen area has furniture for the kitchenware, refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker, etc .; small distributor hall that gives access to the night area, in which the two bedrooms are located (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) both with fitted wardrobes and the bathroom with shower. The two bedrooms are exterior (they have windows), which guarantees their adequate ventilation.

The house does not have air conditioning, which in summer fans are provided; however, it does have heating; WIFI not included in the rate, but can be hired at an additional cost, to be paid at check-in.

IMPORTANT NOTE: for those clients who are looking for accommodation for a maximum of 8 guests, but with greater surface area (more rooms, etc.) and greater benefits (air conditioning, swimming pool, greater comfort), our real estate (Ouibook! IMPORTANT NOTES:
1) Remember that the standard times for check-in are between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. and for check-out from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
1. a) SUPPLEMENTS FOR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT OUTSIDE THE SCHEDULES ESTABLISHED IN OUR ADS: customers who for any reason (flight arrival time, etc.) arrive outside of the established check-in times ( which are from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.), we will be forced to charge 10 euros for every half hour of waiting; the same surcharge will be applied to check-out before 8:00 am (in this case, the surcharge will be 10 euros for every half hour in advance).
1. b) After 10:00 hours CHECK-OUTS ARE NOT ALLOWED; This is the deadline to leave the apartment.
2) With respect to the apartments that have air conditioning and heating, the meter will be read when the check-in is made and again when checking out and as long as the consumption is reasonable, no additional charge will be charged, but In exceptional cases where abusive consumption is detected, the corresponding amount will be charged.
3) Hand soap and toilet paper are included in our rates (within the concept of cleaning and laundry fee); the apartment is delivered in perfect state of cleanliness and therefore must be returned in the same conditions; otherwise, a supplement will be charged according to the state in which the house is located; the sheets and towels are not included in the rate and if you wish you should hire part (see specific supplements).
4) Supplement of bed linen: 15 euros per person and stay (includes 1 set of sheets and according to the time of the year also includes 1 blanket or comforter).
5) Towel supplement: 8 euros per person and stay (includes 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person).
6) Pets are allowed (up to 15 kg): in these cases a supplement of € 10.00 / day is charged per pet, with a minimum of 30 euros per pet and stay. For pets weighing more than 15 kg, you must consult beforehand to formalize the reservation and the acceptance or not of these pets, as well as the amount of supplement per day to be charged, it will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
7) In the apartments with communal pool and other common leisure spaces, guests must accept and respect the rules of their use in accordance with the provisions of the Community of Owners.
8) The amount of the tourist rate is not included in the rates published on this website and therefore its amount must be paid by the customer in cash when checking in at the apartment.
9) For stays equal to 29 nights or more, the consumption of supplies (water, electricity, gas, etc.) accrued during your stay will be passed on to the guest, being able to charge said amounts to the deposit provided by the guest.

Appartement à la limite de l'insalubrité (moisissures, literie souillée, ..)
Le logement n'est pas recommandable car inconfortable et sale. Celà est dommage car il est bien situé. La literie était souillée et inconfortable. Même chose pour les ustensiles de cuisine (sale et hors d'usage). Nous avons été infectés par des insectes dus à la présence d'un oiseau mort dans le conduit de la hotte.Je vais entamer une demande d'indemnisation qui sera étayée par des photos.

Pas de ventilation et aération d un logement = moisissures aux murs
Très décevant. Il parait impossible d aerer et de nettoyer un logement qui est frappé par les moisissures en un simple ménage, qui n a d ailleurs pas été fait à la base. (murs de chambre et salle de bain). De vrais travaux de rénovation sont souhaitables. Il faut faire en fonction des conditions climatiques mais surtout ne pas oublier que les exigences d un logement en bord de mer, ne sont pas les mêmes que dans les terres.Les photos du site doivent dater. Et une lutte en cours pour un remboursement....

Es war superschön, der Vermieter ist nett und sehr hilfsbereit, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler vor Ort. Schlafzimmer sind einfach gehalten. schöne Terrasse mit Außengrill. Was angemeckert wurde, wurde umgehend behoben, ersetzt oder neu angeschafft, super!!
