Independent villa 400 meters from the beach, 5 minutes from Puerto Banus with a plot area of 500 meters and built on 155m2. House with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. Exterior of the house: swimming pool, barbecue, garden, parking on the plot for three cars. Bedrooms: Master bedroom suite, kingsize double bed, with full bathroom (shower). Second bedroom suite type, double bed (135), bathroom. Third Bedroom, with two single beds (90), with closet. Full bathroom with shower for this room and the whole house. Fourth Bedroom four type suite, with double bed XL (180), bathroom shower and closet for men and women.
It is located in an independent area of the villa.

From the Villa to Puerto Banus it is 7km by car and you can walk along the promenade that JOINS San Pedro and Puerto Banus
Puerto Banus is beautiful where you find clothing stores (court English) supermarkets and there is a PUERTO Sports is a very touristy area there is an OCEAN CLUB, BUDA are club to have fun, dance and have fun and the beach is at the foot of Puerto Banus
shopping center etc. .
San Pedro to Marbella, is located 10 km away you can visit the old town, church of the Incarnation, its streets, its people and its beach is its only since it attracts many tourists
Estepona a11 kilometers east area you find Golf Track, Riding, Zoo and a very tourist town
Ronda is one of the most beautiful villages of Andalucia
where you will find the bullring, Tajo, several churches of the 14th century.
Malaga 60 km away from the airport
in malaga center there are museums, leisure area in PUERTo, shopping centers, old town, arabic castle.
I would like to inform you that there are 24 hours a day BUSES AND TAXI.

Amazing stay!

We had the best stay in this villa it was very clean the lady who owns the villa met us at the villa we couldn’t of asked for more! It is walking distance to the shops restaurants and bars. Thank you for an amazing stay! X

Fabulous

The Thompson family of 7 had a wonderful 8 nights enjoying the Villa facilities especially the pool. The Villa was clean and spacious. The location was great for acess to shops,restaurants and the seafront.Any problems were dealt with quickly through the owner and her helpers. Thoroughly recommended

Disappointing- Villa ok but in an active building site

Holiday with two families. Villa ok, good size and nice pool. However when we arrived we realised it was located in a building site with the roads around it being excavated, bricks being cut and laid all day and huge dust clouds coming over the house. Childrens buggies had to be lifted over wet concrete by builders. Could not get near house with car. We had been told one month beforehand that the work would be finishing with some ‘planting trees’ and offered 2 nights free, which we accepted. However, the extent of the work was clearly going to be much greater. The owner told us 2 days before we arrived that the work would be more extensive via a short message, but by then it was too late to find anywhere else to stay. We sought compensation after the holiday through the owner but they stopped communicating. Very disappointing experience.

construction going on around the villa

Just got back from what should have been a relaxing and well needed break to what unfortunately turned out to be a very stressful holiday. There is work going on around the villa at all times with continuous noise from HGVs and workmen which was our alarm call just before 8am every morning till 6pm. It was relentless and most times we couldn’t enjoy the outside space as we couldn’t hear ourselves speak. There was no privacy as we were constantly overlooked by workmen working on telephone poles and others that were constructing a new villa. There was only a dirt path/road around the villa with deep trenches. There is a serious lack of health and safety here and hard hats and walking boots are a must! This villa should not be available to book. We were notified of some works, but not the full extent, by the host 3 days before we were flying out, when it was too late to cancel. The hosts weren’t helpful at all and in fact we felt threatening by their behaviour. This villa is advertised for 10 people , there were 5 loungers and not enough parasols and the chairs and loungers have seen better days. There are 4 bedrooms, one of which is accessed by going out of the main property so is set aside, this only caters for 8 people. It is not a luxury villa as advertised and much smaller in size then made to look. Works have been going on since November 2021 and we can’t see them finishing in the near future.
