Perfectly located deluxe villa with heated pool, rooftop terrace with sea view and RR.

This newly built deluxe villa is a house with all the comfort and convenience you could wish for making you feel right at home.
The whole house is air conditioned, but also has central heating in the form of a cozy pellet stove, so you can also use it outside the normal summer season!
The villa has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms ( 2 with king bed and 3 with 2 single beds), 2 en-suite bathrooms, 1 family bathroom and 1 private bathroom. They are modern and with a rain shower. There is enough hot water available for 10 people.
Through a spacious entrance you immediately enter the large open living room with 3 large sliding glass doors. The large open kitchen is fully equipped. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge / freezer. The kitchen has large doors to the fantastic outdoor area, with gas BBQ, sink and countertop. The patio also has a cozy dining/sitting area and an electric sunshade to sit in full shade!
There is also a great rooftop bar with fridge and with fantastic sea and sunset views!
The villa is completely on the first floor, so even people who are less mobile will enjoy being here!
There is also a fully equipped laundry room with washing machine, dryer and drying area. From this room you can also find the large fantastic roof terrace, where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea while enjoying a drink!
In addition, there is an amazing super large saltwater pool. It is a pleasure to swim without the chlorine irritating your skin and eyes. You will not easily find a pool of this size in Menorca! Thanks to the pool heating, the pool is also accessible in spring or autumn.

There is also a 5-seater Range Rover available for guests (ask for conditions).

Amazing villa in lovely location

The villa was ideal for ten of us, two families with kids. The pool was excellent and was used constantly. Easy walking distance to supermarket and to beaches and to rocky coves to jump off. Great restaurants within 5 minutes walk too, although we thought Bambu was a bit overpriced for not great food, I guess you're paying for the views! One of the best holidays ever, the whole neighbourhood felt lovely and safe and friendly. Highly recommend.

Family holiday

The villa was perfect for us as it was all on one floor (the youngest is just starting to walk). There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and also great areas to sit down and dine together. The area was quiet with just enough going on. We found some lovely places to eat and plenty of supermarkets to buy food to eat in! The hosts were great and were in contact quickly with any questions we had. Highly recommended

Fantastic Relaxing Week

From the minute we met Edwin on arrival everything was great. From the lovely villa and pool area I. Particular to the lovely quiet location. The car was great help to heading out to water parks and visiting other local areas. Some lovely restaurants too. - Bambu just minutes walk away being a perfect location for the sunsets!! Would highly recommend!!

Happy holiday

Villa was as described and clean on arrival. Two bedrooms had en-suite shower rooms and the three other bedrooms shared two more shower rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the equipment we needed. Having the use of the car (insured for any driver) was a big bonus. I would recommend this villa to my friends and family.

The villa is ideally located. A car is recommended, but not necessary. A 6-person car is inclusive. The beach, the village and restaurants are all within walking distance. The decor is cozy and modern. The bathrooms are super modern with built-in rain shower.
