The house is located 5-7 minutes by car from the beaches of Cap d'Agde.

Agréable séjour

La maison est en cours de rénovation comme indiqué dans l’annonce mais est bien équipée pour passer un bon séjour ( piscine clim bbc) cependant petit bémol sur la propreté.

Nous avons passé un séjour à agdes dans cette maison plutôt.. Délabré.. Nous avons été très déçu premièrement par la qualité des équipements présents dans la maison : Un micro onde qui est cassé Un frigo qui met beaucoup de temps à refroidir les aliments Des fenêtres qui ne s'ouvrent pas Des volets bloqués Un canapé cassé Des murs intérieurs avec le papier peint déchiré (on voit le mur brut) Des fissures intérieurs comme extérieurs Des portes qui ne se ferment pas Des traces de moisissures intérieurs dans le salon La WiFi qui ne fonctionne pas Le deuxième point négatif est le ménage nous avons clairement retrouver des tas de poussière et de cheveux de PARTOUT, les toilettes sales.. Enfin bref à plus de 100 euros de frais de ménage c'est inadmissible ! En plus de tous les points négatifs de la maison et la saleté, nous avons été surpris de voir la propriétaire rentrer dans la maison comme bon lui semble sans nous avoir prévenu au préalable ou même sans avoir sonné ! Et cela a plusieurs reprises ! Nous ne recommandons pas cette maison et ne recommandons surtout pas cette propriétaire !

Maison spacieuse avec de nombreux rangements et équipements, une literie vraiment de qualité Petite déception pour l'extérieur qui n’est pas en très bon état et quelques équipements qui ne fonctionnait pas très bien

Très belle maison familiale dans une très belle ville du Sud de la France.

Maison grande, propre, spacieuse, très bien équipé pour passer des vacances agréable. Tous les équipements sont quasi neuf. Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances en famille.
