It's very bright, cozy and silent, and it's located in the heart of the most caratheristic place in the city. Very close to the railway station (only 5 minutes) and the vaporetto boarding (100mt). Beautiful apartment and location

We stayed for four nights and were delighted with our choice. Rita was the perfect host. Excellent communication and very helpful. The apartment is lovely. The bedrooms are very quiet and the beds comfortable with good quality linens. A well equipped large kitchen. We cooked several meals. Lots of lovey little touches. many of the basic provisions provided such as coffee! Superb location with a wonderful view. Lots of good restaurants and food shops nearby. Highly recommend, thank you

Brilliant Location

Excellent location for our mini trip to Venice. There were four of us staying in the apartment. Whilst there was plenty of space, the second bathroom didn’t have a stand in shower and the second bedroom had no fan or air conditioning. That said, the weather was extremely hot so under cooler circumstances this may not be too much of a problem! Overall a great stay.

Excellent Stay

The place was in a perfect location near a small convenient store and many restaurants. It was walking distance to the train station and the view from the balcony was awesome. Also the host was punctual and responsive, definitely recommended staying here.
