About this property

Ground floor of 240 m2 villa with dominant view of the Pyrenees and Spain

In a very quiet luxury residential area, in a beautiful 1969 style villa renovated in 2017.

It offers a south and west facing terrace of over 70 m2, and a garden of around 100 m2.

The rental therefore corresponds to 240 m2 interior plus 70m2 of terrace representing the entire area of the villa except a studio upstairs (separate entrance) and except the basement not included.

The main room is a living / dining room facing south and overlooking the terrace; this room with an area of 80 m2, and a small mezzanine of 6m2.

The sleeping area (4 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms and shower + 3 WC) is located in the eastern part of the house.

It was built on the top of a hill 10 minutes walk from Socoa beach and shops and 15 minutes walk from Saint-Jean de Luz.

Our October stay
Property is in a good location and overall we enjoyed our stay. There were problems with operation of the gate and internet that were quickly resolved. There are quite a lot of issues that need maintenance, e.g. in ensuite bathroom: no bath plug, leaking plug in basin, very loose wc seat. Similar things in other areas. Would be great for those following to have these attended to.

Fantastic holiday home
A fantastic week spent in Ciboure, we had a wonderful weeks holiday with our family , we were all so pleased and surprised with the house it was perfect, much better than advertised. Would highly recommend this property .

Vriendelijke ontvangst door de familie. Huis is heel ruim met mooie kamers. Alles is aanwezig. Fantastisch uitzicht op de bergen, en op 15' stappen van het strand.
