About this property

3 km outside Hammerdal and a stone's throw from the fish-rich Lake Edes lies this cozy cottage which was newly renovated in June 2019. The 70 sqm cottage is well equipped and there are also amenities such as hot water, toilet, shower, dishwasher and washing machine. Boat available for hire.

In the main building there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed in, one with 2 single beds and one with a single bed in .. There is mattress if you want to stay several. Kitchen with everything you might need for cooking. The living room is directly adjacent to the kitchen.

The beds are made on arrival and towels are provided. Upon departure we fix the cleaning.

Eine sehr schöne und toll eingerichtete Stuga.

Diese Stuga liegt wunderschön mit Blick auf den See. Das Haus ist hervorragend eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Wir durften dort einen tollen Winterurlaub genießen und kommen gerne wieder.

Kaum zu toppen

Wir waren die ersten 2 Januarwochen hier und haben nichts vermisst. Das Haus hat alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Die Gegend ist total ruhig und die Rehe waren auch jeden Tag zu Besuch. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall im Sommer noch einmal hier her, da das Haus (Ausstattung und Lage) perfekt für Angler ist.

Top gepflegt, super ausgestattet!

Dieses Haus verfügt mittlerweile auch über Wifi. Beim Betreten des Hauses waren die Betten schon bezogen und Handtücher bereitgestellt. Das haben wir so noch nie erlebt. Die Matratzen waren hervorragend, auch so noch nie erlebt. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Selbst ein Waffeleisen und eine Küchenmaschine waren zu finden. Kühlschrank und Eisschrank waren sauber. Für die Fenster waren auch 3 Fliegengitter zu finden, damit man im Sommer auch einmal lüften kann, ohne das allzu viele Mücken hereinkommen. Alles sehr liebevoll dekoriert und von der Ausstattung schön hell. Der Ausblick ist wirklich sehr schön, allerdings fehlte uns eine Badestelle am See (vielleicht haben wir das richtige aber auch einfach nicht gefunden). Zum Angeln sollte man vielleicht vorher den Besitzer fragen, da dieser selber auch angelt. Wir haben aber auch so etwas gefunden bzw. geangelt, wenn auch zu klein.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir reisen seit 15 Jahren nach Skandinavien und dieses Haus ist eines er schönsten, welches wir nutzen durften. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll renoviert worden. Eine gute Harmonie von alt und modern, sodaß wir uns sofort heimisch fühlten. Eine wunderbare Aussicht und die nähere und weitere Gegend hat uns eine erholsame Woche ermöglicht. Vielen Dank.
