About this property

This beautiful beach villa is located on the west coast of Koh Samui, Lipa Noi beach. The west coast is the coast where the sun sets, so you can watch the best sunsets each and every day.

The Villa itself is walled and covers a plot of land of 300 m2. The villa itself is approximately 120 m2 in area.

The Villa consists of a large living room with dining area and sitting area and an open kitchen.

In addition, there are two bedrooms, both air-conditioned, and private bathrooms for complete privacy. One bedroom is on one side of the living room and the other bedroom on the other side of the living room. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace and swimming pool.

Within the perimeters of the house you will find a spacious terrace and your own private swimming pool with adjoining Sala . It is surrounded by tropical plants such as palms, bougainvillea and Francipani. There are sun loungers and a seating / dining area on the terrace.

Around this Villa you will find sufficient facilities such as restaurants and beach clubs. Within walking distance you will find Big John Seafood, a renowned restaurant specialized in seafood but also a very complete other list. Also there is a mini market in walking distance of the house.

You will also find the well-known Nikki Beach CLub on Lipa Noi as well. This club with locations in Monaco, Miami and Marrakech is on 2 minutes by car. It's no coincidence that NIkki Beach Club landed on Lipa Noi. It is because of the beautiful beach !!!

Lipa Noi is further characterized by many palm trees and nature. It is not fully built like the east coast which naturally benefits the peace and nature. There is also much less pollution and odor nuisance, as is often the case on Chaweng. You will fully relax overhere.

The beach of Lipa noi is one of the most beautiful on the island. The beach is also very suitable for children because it ends slowly and the sea is not deep at the same time. Children and adults can enjoy a good swim here. Beach has beautiful white sand and is relatively wide.

Perfect stay

Property was exactly as described, clean and comfortable, the welcome package of drinks, fruit and snacks very good and appreciated. Outside area had enough space for us and the pool was clean and lovely to take a dip into after exploring the island. The location was also quiet but had easy access to a few restaurants and a family mart. On island contact Chris was friendly and available if needed. Overall lovely stay and a great base for either exploring the island or relaxing by the beach or pool. Would be very happy to stay if we return to Samui.

Beautiful villa

This villa is beautiful, I highly recommend it. The living area and kitchen is very spacious, it's like a little house. TV and movies etc available is great (ideal for us because it rained a few days and we were trapped in). The aircon is spot on (only in bedrooms but it's cool enough with the fan in the kitchen etc.) The bathrooms are partially outdoors which was a little shock but not an issue at all, very clean and nice look bathrooms. The pool area is also great. The location is really good for the beach, around the corner from the villa a 2 minute walk. It is bit out of the way, so recommend getting a motor bike/ scooter and there. There are some restaurants, shops, excursion and massage places around but not loads. There aren't any bars around and the nearest place is Lamai which is about (600 THB) one way. It's very relaxing and a nice chilled out place, if you want peace and quiet then I highly recommend. If you want a busier nightlife, it might not be for you. The caretaker Chris was lovely and very helpful, could always get in touch with him easily and replied straight away even later on the night.

Paradise villa on Koh Samui which is affordable

We, a family of 3, stayed at Marco's villa for more than a week. Location is on Lipa Noi second row from the beach, which is accesable by walking down the street. The beach is white power with beautiful palm trees, cristal clear blue water and very shallow. Beach is only visited by people staying at the private villa's in the area. We saw maybe 5-6 people a day. The villa has everything you need and Chris and Pram do everything to make you feel comfortable. They also arranged for us to get massages at the villa. We could not believe that the villa was this big and so complete with DVD, complete kitchen equipment etc. Airco is only the bedrooms, but this was not a problem. The bathrooms are partly open air and spectacular. There are 3 restaurants about 1-3 km's away from the villa. One "Sea Valley" also provides pick-up and return by car if you eat at their restaurant. Excellent food, location on the beach and not expensive. The 7/11 is about 2-3 km away, shorter by beach. We can only highly recommend Marco's villa and will certainly try to come back again. Once again, Marco, Chris en Pram, thank you so much for making our stay exceptional.

“Wonderful Holiday Villa”

Everything about the stay is perfect: - swimming pool - perfect and spacious house with everything you'll need, well equiped - friendly welcome and always willing to help - clean and beautiful house with a terrace and garden Renting a car or bike is recommended. The villa exceeded our expectations. The owner could not have been more helpful from the moment we booked. All in all a very pleasant stay. DURING OUR STAY an abandoned, DOCILI, HUNGRY and AFFECTIONATE BROWN LADY DOG will be at the entrance door of the Villa waiting and CRYING FOR FOOD. Another one a black lady dog had 8 puppies during our stay. We would like to ask future guests to have concerns in giving food for this affectionate dogs, we would appreciate. Thanks in advance
