Harbour View is a very high specification house with wonderful views. It is a lovely property, ideally situated in a peaceful location, yet only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Saundersfoot with its lovely beaches, harbour, shops and restaurants. Harbour View accommodates 6 guests over 3 bedrooms, with a fully equipped kitchen, to include dishwasher, fridge, freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a utility room next to the kitchen with a washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave.
The house has a fantastic open plan living / kitchen area with a dining table to seat 8 and a breakfast bar which seats 3. There is also a wood burner to keep you warm and cosy during cooler months. The open plan nature of the living area is ideal for entertaining and spending time together. There are large glass windows and patio doors which stretch the entire length of the house to take full advantage of the wonderful sea views. The patio doors open onto the large decked patio which also stretches the full length of the house. From here there are magnificent views of Saundersfoot beach and harbour stretching across to Amroth in the distance. On the patio you will find an Outback gas BBQ, rattan dining furniture to seat 6 and rattan sofas together with an infra red wall mounted patio heater to keep you warm as the sun goes down. A few steps down from the patio takes you to the garden with its American hot tub and sea views. Why not sit back and enjoy dinner al fresco whilst admiring the fabulous view or take a soak in the hot tub with a glass of wine after a busy day at the beach?
There is unlimited WIFI throughout the house.
The living room has a 43" Smart LED TV complete with SKY Q TV, DVD and XBox together with a selection of games. All bedrooms have flatscreen HD TV's whilst bedroom 3 also has a DVD player. You will also find a selection of books and board games to help you relax and unwind.
There is parking for 2 cars on the driveway. There is unrestricted parking available on the road outside the property should further parking be required, although please note that the parking of motor homes or vans is not permitted.
1 small/medium, well behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement and subject to an additional charge of £25. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms or on furniture and should not be left alone in the property.
All bed linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
The first basket of logs is provided for the wood burner, further logs are available to purchase locally.
Also provided is a selection of deck chairs, wind breaks, buckets and spades etc for you to take to the beach.

*** HOT TUB ***
Please note that should you require use of the hot tub between September - May then there will be an additional charge of £100 to cover the costs of heating and maintenance. Use of the hot tub is inclusive for stays in June, July and August. Due to the water being changed before each guests arrival please be advised that the hot tub may not reach the maximum temperature until the morning after arrival. Also, due to the cleaning schedule the hot tub will not be available on the morning of departure.
