Beautiful apartment with lovely view.

The apartment is beautiful and well placed for cafes, bars and restaurants as well as stores to buy food. The road is lively at nighttime. The terrace was lovely to sit on and admire the beautiful views. It is a 10 minute walk from San Marco and a few minutes away from the water taxi. Patrizia was excellent in communicating and giving directions. She met us outside the apartment and ensured we were settled in. Would recommend.

Perfect apartment, beautiful view, close to main sites yet far enough away to be relaxing

We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time in Venice. Directions to get to the Villa and our greeting when we arrived were excellent. There is everything you need here for a very comfortable stay. Restaurants locally were very good and the pace seemed more relaxed than in the centre . Connections to all the water buses were easily made and we really enjoyed sitting on the veranda for morning coffee and evening wine after a long day touring the sites. Would definitely recommend x

Excellent as always

With wonderful views from the roof terrace this immaculate apartment is ideally located in Castello a lively area of Venice with bars and restaurants to suit every taste. Grazie Sandro.

A super apartment in a fantastic location

I could simply echo the remarks of the previous reviewer (Helen B - no relation), but our stay was made more interesting by the fact that my wife slipped and broke her leg on the second day of our stay. We then got to experience how kind and helpful the neighbours and staff in the local bars could be. They all showed great consideration when we were slow and awkward and I must give special mention to the local pharmacy who lent us a wheelchair. With great views from the bedroom windows as well as the roof terrace, we did not feel trapped in the apartment. Sandro and his wife showed understanding when we had to leave some hours earlier than planned for our slow journey to the airport. The only tiny criticism I might have is that I would have preferred an electric kettle and bigger mugs ! - Loved Venice, loved the Redentore fireworks and loved the apartment.

Fantastic holiday

A truly delightful apartment with everything you could need. The views over the lagoon are brilliant with the thrill of the hustle and bustle of Venetian life on the water. The terrace is a wonderful place to relax after a hard day of exploring. The apartment itself is very well appointed and very well located in terms of services. The owners were very helpful and extremely warm in their greeting. I really recommend this apartment.
