Hacienda del Sol II welcomes you to Unit 517!

If you love the beach, love the ocean, and love the good life this is the unit for you. This just renovated gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bath condo on the top floor of Hacienda del Sol II is located on the no drive section of the beach. The beautiful white sand beach here compels you to dig your toes in the sand, look for shells, build a sand castle, or pick up a surfboard and hit the waves. Our spacious condo has all brand new furnishings with a cute beach theme throughout and granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. Views of the ocean are great from every room, but the view from the balcony is almost breathtaking.
After a fun day on the beach come back to this condo and relax in front of the 55" HD Smart TV where you can watch Cable TV, stream movies online or play a Blu Ray DVD.

There are many exceptional restaurants, art galleries, and unique shops in the New Smyrna Beach while easy access to many of Florida's attractions; Orlando, Disney, Universal, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach, and Florida's oldest city, Saint Augustine, are minutes away.

Our condo sleeps ten comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and bunk room that sleeps 6 with a daybed sofa, a twin / full bunk and full trundle bed . Want to get away for a few minutes relax in the king and queen bedrooms while you watch the channels you want on your private TV. Like the rest of the condo the bedrooms are decorated in a colorful beach decor that makes each room enjoyable.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided at the owner's discretion.

Refunds: There will be no discounts or early departure refunds due to or for mechanical, plumbing, or electrical failures or breakdowns to any item(s) in the unit or other areas of the common property for any cause. No refunds will be given for inclement weather or condition of the property beyond our control.

We have installed keyless entry to each unit. The parking passes will be inside.

Excellent beach location

Many places describe beach access but this is truly oceanfront property. The atmosphere is wonderful, safe, and very friendly. You can walk for miles! The pool is warm and the cabana is filled with puzzles, games, even Keurig coffee. The condo is comfortable and stocked with linens and towels, with beach chairs and toys included. Restaurants nearby and grocery stores too. Great parking lot also. Highly recommend.

Great vacation stay

I would stay here again in a heart beat! I have 4 kids ranging from 1 years old to 15 and they all loved it. It was only a couple steps to the ocean. I would definitely book here again and recommend it to a friend.

Hacienda del Sol II is the nicest complex on the island as you will see when you arrive. Have a wonderful vacation!

Hacienda Del Sol II offers a large seasonally heated swimming pool with a brick paved deck and there's also a kiddy pool where the little ones can enjoy themselves. Comfortable chairs and sun loungers are available around the pool and there are restrooms and showers inside the cabana. Hacienda del Sol II also has an oceanfront sun deck overlooking the beach - a wonderful location to relax, read a book or just keep an eye on the children.
If sitting still is not for you, then, challenge the family to a game of shuffleboard on the court with a wonderful ocean view. Two large gas grills are available for use by the cabana, which also has a kitchen. Grill lunch or dinner for the family or a few friends and dine in the cabana. You may also borrow books from our mini-library in the cabana or sit and surf the web on our computer. Free Wi-Fi is available in each unit.

If your unit is not equipped with a laundry room, we have coin laundry facilities on every floor on both ends of the building.

Surfers will love our location - recognized as one of the best surf hotspots on the East Coast. We have numerous surf schools and rental shops to keep everyone happy. This is a great place to learn to surf so set aside some time to hit the waves!

Boat rentals, charters, and expert guide services make fishing easy, and these resources are almost as plentiful as the fish themselves. Deep-sea charters leave New Smyrna Beach daily, giving offshore fishers an easy way to wet a line in the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
