All our apartments offer access to secure parking (a rare thing in Collioure) and 2 sheltered beaches. Perfect for those who wish to swim, snorkel or just relax. Within 2 minutes walk there is a supermarket giving you the easy option stay at the apartments. The apartments are within walking distance of both Collioure (20min) and Port Vendres (10 minutes) where you will be spoilt for choice with the range of restaurants, cafes and art galleries. You can park the car and enjoy your holiday. Accessible from airports PERPIGNAN, GIRONA, BEZIER, CARCASSONNE and BARCELONA. Also easily accessible by motorway and train links.

For those who like to explore, Perpignan, Céret and Argeles are all within a few minutes drive. Perpignan is world renowned for it's photo journalism festival. In Céret, you will find many galleries including the Museum of Modern Art which houses a permanent Picasso exhibition. Argeles is ideal for families with children with lots of activities, a leisure park, many coloured plastic things and ice cream.

Within 30 minutes drive you can be in Spain and visit many of the wonderful attractions such at the Dali Museum in Figueres, the beautiful town of Roses or a little further and you can enjoy tapas in Barcelona.

Hello, bonjour, jambo and welcome! I grew up in Lancashire, UK and spent much of my adult life living in different countries around the world finally settling in the South of France in 2012. I am also a keen traveller and take every oprtunity I get to explore new places. As such I have taken all the best features I have come across and tried to incorporate them into your experience of staying in one of our apartments.

Superb view, manager and location

We spent one week in this cozy unit and had everything we needed. Since we are walkers--no car--we loved the daily walk into both Collioure, the hills and Port Vendres. (The view was terrific from our apartment and we were always reluctant to leave!) One afternoon French Marines "stormed" our beach in a training exercise! The Wednesday/Sunday local market is not to be missed. We had planned on doing several sidetrips, but loved where we were so much that we did not go.

Remi communicated so well with us, met us at the unit and thoroughly made sure we were oriented, could connect with wifi, and identified things that were of interest to us. In one instance, he went way above the call of duty for me that helped me so much. I wish everyone would take the time he did to settle us into a new place!

Flat with a stunning view.

Nice flat with a great view located in a walking distance to both Collioure and Port Vendres. Every evening we could watch the exceptional sunset over Collioure harbour. Remi was very helpful and fixed necessary baby equipment for our stay, which made our month long stay with a 10 month old baby as easy as possible. Located just 20 meter from a quiet beach. The nerd in me was very happy with the stable internet connection.

Lovely apartment in great location

The location of the apartment is fantastic and being right on the beach is great. The views and sunsets from the apartment balcony were lovely. We enjoyed evenings out in Collioure and Port Vendres both of which have excellent restaurants. Remi was very helpful on our arrival and provided useful information on the area. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment, a great place to stay.

Wonderful location with stunning views

Ideally located within walking distance of both Collioure and Port Vendre this apartment is set above a sheltered beach and has wonderful views of Collioure across the bay. It was immaculately prepared for us and Remi could not have been more helpful in ensuring we got the most out of our short stay. The development is very quiet and private secure underground parking a considerable bonus as we would have found it inconvenient to empty the car completely.

If we ever get back to this part of France again we will certainly be hoping the apartment is available.

Beautiful Coastal Retreat

A great apartment with well appointed amenities and fantastic views and location. Remi our host was extremely helpful and made every effort to ensure our stay was great! The proximity to the amazing town of Collioure and the beaches of Argeles Sur Mur was an added bonus that exceeded all our expectations! I would recommend staying there in a heartbeat and look forward to our next trip back!

Fantastic Vacation Rental

The location of this apartment was perfect. Literally metres away from the beach but also walking distance to both Collioure and Port Vendres. There is a supermarket a few minutes walk from the apartment and I can really recommend the Seafood bar at Port Vendres Fish market.

The apartment is newly furnished and modern and has everything you need.

Remi was extremely helpful with recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in the area.

We would definitely use this apartment again and cannot recommend it highly enough!

PARKING! Anyone who has been to Collioure before will understand why this is so important. Each apartment has a place in the secure carpark. Many people book to stay in the town centre only to learn that they need to park their car 20 minutes away. This is not so convenient for unloading shopping, kids or luggage. There are 2 beaches in the residence and within 10 - 20 minutes walk you can be in Collioure or Port-Vendres. There is alo a supermarket within 3 minutes walk.

Accessible from airports Perpignan, Girona, Bezier, Cacassonne and Barcelona. Within 20 minutes walk of the centre of Collioure, 10 minutes walk to Port-Vendres and 3 minutes walk to a supermarket. Easily accessed with major airports, railway stations and road networks nearby. Enjoying the beaches, restaurants and scenery is very popular. For those who like to explore there are many attractions in the area, markets, museums and mountain walks. Spain is on the doorstep just 20 minutes drive away and within an hours you can reach the cities of Perpigan, Ceret and Figueres. From the residence you enjoy uninterrupted views across the bay to Collioure harbour entrance and along the great sweep of coast. There is ample parking on the residence or you can use the designated space in the secure communal parking using the electronic key provided.

From the Owner

If I were to advise travellers here are a few things I would suggest: Decide what is really important for you during your stay and contact the property manager to make sure that it is available. Remember, the property is only a part of the holiday experince and ask about other aspects. Feel free to call me or email, I don't bite. Check the photos of the property and read the description properly. Take advice from the property manager on what to do in the area. We have loads of local knowledge that can't be found on the internet. TRAVEL INSURANCE, make sure you have it! Many things can go wrong, from illness to your holiday being cancelled. While these things are rare they could happen. At least this way you will be covered. Try and be on time. I know from personal experience that delays are inevitable at sometimes, but please don't forget that there is someone who is waiting for you on your arrival. Finally, if something isn't right during your stay, let the manager know while you are there. There really is nothing that can be done to improve your holiday once you have left. I hope that you find this advice helpful. Let me know if there is anything you would add, but most of all enjoy your stay.
