The apartment is located in a fantastic location, in a beautiful residence, surrounded by greenery and Mediterranean vegetation. There are 2 large terraces that allow you to enjoy beautiful outdoor evening, cook on the veranda, taking advantage of the barbecue provided.
On the external veranda there is a kitchen complete with all facilities for outdoor cooking.
The apartment, located in the highest part of the residence, consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room, overlooking the sea and the gulf.
Parking is private and covered.
The apartment is located in the residence "le rocce", near the "Ritual" disco. Access by car is via an electric gate, from the square near the disco.
The beach of Baia Sardinia is easily reached on foot in 5 minutes, as well as the center of the village. From the beach there are different types of boats for wonderful excursions in the archipelago.
All the beaches of the emerald coast can be reached easily by short trips by car.

Tutto bene

Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto. Natale e Laura sono stati molto disponibili durante tutta la nostra permanenza. Voglio solo segnalare che la finestra del bagno è completamente rotta ed è impossibile chiuderla. E' necessario intervenire con urgenza.

Casa bellissima e piena di confort in un contesto signorile e quieto e situata in un parco privato con cancello elettrico e posto auto immersa nel verde , una vera DELIZIA . Appartamento con vista mozzafiato.

Bellissimo appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. Appartamento immerso in un area verde all'interno di un residence silenzioso e tranquillo. Parcheggio privato interno. Accesso all'appartamento a pochi metri dal parcheggio. L'appartamento è dotato di due camere e una sala cucina con aria condizionata e televisione. Il bagno è ben pulito e l'arredamento è nuovo. Il terrazzo ampio è dotato di cucina esterna barbecue e tavolo. Il terrazzo è collegato ad un altro più piccolo situato sul tetto dell'appartamento che permette d'avere una vista mozzafiato su tutta baja sardinia. L'hoste è molto gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta.

Sehr gepflegte, geschlossene Appartementanlage in grüner Umgebung

Appartement mit herrlichem Blick über Baia Sardinia. Große überdachte Dachterrasse mit einer gut eingerichteten Küche zum Outdoorkochen. Zusätzlicher Seitenschutz durch elektrische Markisen. Am Morgen und Abend konnten wir im Juli trotz Hitze gut draußen essen, da immer ein leichter Wind ging und den Ausblick genießen. Klimatisierter Innenbereichen und gute geschmackvolle und ansprechende Ausstattung. 😊 Vielen Dank für eine wundervolle Zeit

Appartamento situato sopra il livello degli alberi circostanti con fantastica vista 360 gradi.

L´appartamento e situato in giardino ben curato al primo piano. Non manca assolutamente niente, la cucina e ben attrezzata con lavastoviglie e lavatrice inclusa. Supermercato ben rifornito (pesce e carne fresca) a 5 minuti a piedi dall´appartamento. Le spiagge piu vicine sono circa 15 minuti a piedi, pero abbiamo preferito andare a visitare diverse spiagge con machina. Vogliamo ringraziare Natale che ci ha suggerito i posti da vedere, ci ha portato in gita all´arcipelago di La Maddalena con la sua barca e ci e stato d´aiuto durante tutto il soggiorno. E stata una vacanza fantastica e speriamo di poterci tornare. David e famiglia
