Funtional Apartment in a Great Location

Just returned from a trip to Cannes where we spent 13 nights at the apartment. If I am honest when we first arrived I wasn't sure we had made the right choice but it had been a long day, in fact it turned out to be absolutely perfect for us with 3 large bedrooms with their own ensuites, ideal when you have two teenage boys (18 & 14), oh and of course wifi, tv and air conditioning.

Lawrence is the perfect owner and was really helpful prior to arrival and during our stay. We had a minor crisis 2 days before we left when it appeared our booking was cancelled but all easily sorted with a phone call. I noted a couple of maintenance items when he emailed checking we had settled in, not expecting them to be done till we left but he sent some people round to sort....top man!

Location wise you couldn't get better with a 5 minute walk to the beach, Boulevard de Croisette and Palais des Festivals. There are lots of shops and restaurants in all directions from the apartment with choices for everyone. Nightime down on Boulevard de Croisette is a different world with all the supercars.

As the apartment doesn't have parking we booked a 15 day pass at the Gray D'Albion Car Park a few minutes down the road through Interparking which allowed us to come and go as we pleased. We also used the train to go to Nice with the station only being 2 minutes away.

Our No. 1 apartment in Cannes for the last 5 years

We are renting this apartment for business trips for 5 years now, each time the same period of the year. The apartment has a great location, in the very city centre, near shops, restaurants, the beach, but the neighbourhood is very quiet and there is no problem sleeping at night. The kitchen is fully equipped, big fridge, working dishwasher and stove. It has a very modern interior, comfortable beds, a lot of space, pleasant atmosphere created with an artistic touch of the owners. The owner is always very kind and helpful :) We'll come back.

Fantastic apartment, exactly what we wanted

After staying at this apartment it truly opened our eyes to the beautiful destination of Cannes. Perfectly located with a 2 minute walk from the station and a 5 minute walk to the beach and shops, my boyfriend and I were blown away with what surrounded us. Being in the mist of the action yet not hearing a word from our bedroom we were amazed by the glorious town amongst us.

The apartment was very spacious, 3 big bedrooms - all clean and bathrooms working. The beds were particularly comfortable. The lounge overlooked a little side road which captures a real french vibe. The apartment offers a TV which was good for my boyfriend as he could watch the world cup as i got ready for dinner. The apartment also provides a kitchenette which was handy for when we got home or if we didn't fancy going for lunch. We also found a little corner shop opposite who were very helpful and nice offering snacks and alcohol. However there is a bigger supermarket round the corner - also walking distance. Everywhere you want to be is walking distance from the apartment. As a young couple we found the apartment perfect, however because of the size of the apartment it would also work for families. I would defiantly recommend staying at this apartment. The location is truly perfect. And the apartment as a whole is comfortable, clean, and spacious.

Great location, charming hosts

I have stayed here several times now, and can highly recommend this apartment as an ideal place for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, local, well-positioned and well-maintained apartment. There is a great bakery only steps away from the front door, a local food market in a square close by, as well as a supermarket, and the Croisette is only a couple of minutes walk away. And always helpful and charming hosts as well.
