Perfect Break

We stayed for two weeks in Lajares and had an amazing time. The property is beautiful, well equipped and super clean. The pool and hot tub are real highlights and are also really well maintained. Nice quiet location but only 5 mins from a couple of great bars with food, and not too much further the other way to the village centre where there are lots more restaurants and cafes to choose from. 15 mins to the big supermarkets but the one at the far end of the village was big enough for most things. Communication with James was great - lots of helpful tips and a great welcome when we arrived (about 30 mins from airport). Locals were really lovely too (we didn't speak a word of Spanish) and he really helped us out when our youngest had to see a doctor urgently (thank you!) There was enough to occupy us all (age 9-68) for 2 weeks in FV, from watching the sunset at the lighthouse to going to the Oasis zoo type place - an hour away but worth the drive. Don't miss Betancuria, the Ajuy caves and also, the best and most beautiful place we ate was in Vega de Rio Palmas - Casa de la Naturaleza. Can't recommend this place enough - we'll be back!

Absolutely Fabulous!

Loved the villa and location. Communication with James was excellent. He was really helpful and sorted out any problems immediately. The villa was immaculate and had everything we needed and more. Lots of large fluffy towels! We paid extra for heated pool and it was worth it - we swam every day! The hot tub was nice and relaxing.

An absolutely amazing place! When we arrived we were blown away by how gorgeous the villa was. The property was flawlessly clean and well presented. The pool and hot tub both maintained to the highest level. The property is both peaceful as well as close enough to everything you need. The supermarket (superdino) next to the villa is a lot bigger than we thought it was going to be and had pretty much everything you could need, as it turned out it was also the cheapest supermarket we could find including those in Correlejo. We have stopped in a few villas and this one is by far our favorite. A car rental is recommended to fully experience Fuerteventura, there are some well priced ones at the airport and petrol on the island is not expensive. The owners communication was outstanding with nothing too much trouble, run by a British couple who have lived in Fuertaventura for many years so gave excellent advice on places to go to and things to do. Big thanks to James and Lianne for such a great holiday. Can’t wait to come back. Martin & family 😁

Great Villa

The villa itself is truly amazing, nice a peaceful, well equipped. Elegantly decorated and just out right stunning! You definitely need a car to get about, or hire a bike 🚲 Here is a local supermarket and a few coffee shops in the very Spanish Village. The next town has a few more restaurants and shops but once you have walked it once, you’re done. If you want to relax and do nothing in a great villa and setting then this is perfect. Both Leanne and James were very helpful and responded to any questions we had with speed and efficiency. Would stay here again, might even try the fitness retreat they run too💪🏼

Magnífica villa en muy buena ubicación

La experiencia en el alojamiento, en general, ha sido muy positiva en todos los aspectos a excepción de algunos detalles que deberían ser mejorados ( por ejemplo, limpieza de ventiladores de techo) y otros sustituidos (los colchones y la ropa de cama están tan usados que parecen no estar limpios). También la falta de cortinas en una habitación hace que la luz entre muy temprano e impida dormir. Por lo demás, la casa es magnífica y dispone de todos los servicios, excepto exprimidor de naranjas, pues lo que hay es una licuadora.
