(This is outlined on your booking page on right side of the page: Due to VRBO, Due to Manager.) Payment is due to us upon booking at which time we will send you a secure online payment link.

THINGS WE CANNOT CONTROL
*We cannot control music or noise coming from outside our complex such as neighboring properties or from beach restaurants close by. There is construction across the street that begun in 2022 & is entering the final outdoor stages. Most guests thoroughly enjoy their stay & offer us 5 star reviews! The condo enjoys hurricane doors & windows which help reduce outside sound.
*During the warmer spring & summer months, the Mexican Caribbean may receive sargassum, (a form of algae). The city has placed barriers in the ocean to help reduce its impact on the area & they clean the beaches on a regular basis. We cannot predict when it may arrive & how much. Our complex hires extra help when needed. (Overall 2023 sargassum season was low & we hope the same for 2024!)
*We are not responsible for city wide power or water outages on the rare occassion that service may be out.
*Please purchase travel (trip interruption) & medical insurance to protect your vacation. Things happen; illness, job loss, flight cancellations etc. so please protect yourself and your vacation.
