The apartment has a fresh home-from-home feel throughout and offers air conditioning, and two terraced patio areas which benefit from all-day sunshine, the larger of the two has a dining set for Al Fresco dining in the warm evenings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern inbuilt appliances and stocked with kitchen utensils. There are two spacious bedrooms, one double bed with bedside table, and the other with two singles which may be pushed together to make a double if preferred. (A travel cot and high chair can be supplied if required.)
Just 20 minutes walk to the marina and the centre of town, you will find a host of fantastic shops, restaurants and bars. The town centre of Lagos itself consists of a sizable area of cobbled streets free of traffic with hundreds of street cafes and bars, and numerous quality shops many selling local crafts.
In the evening the town is very vibrant with the street cafes always busy and a variety of small market stalls and some very good street entertainers.
A river inlet runs along the waterfront in Lagos where there are many people offering boat trips, fishing or cave tours.
The apartment is a 30 minute walk to Batata Beach and only a short drive away from Praia Dona Ana (the most photographed beach in Europe), Praia de Luz, Alvor, and Portimão.
The bus station is a 15 minute walk away located in the town centre. If you wish to hire a car there is an allocated secure parking space in the garage below the property. There are several fantastic golf courses all within a 15 mins drive and a selection of supermarkets around the corner.
SEF REQUIREMENTS. All property owners in Portugal have a legal requirement to report tourists’ and guests information to Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras (known for short as, SEF). To comply with legal requirements, upon booking we shall send to you a blank SEF form for you to complete and send back to us prior to your arrival. It is a mandatory requirement.
