Become the exclusive guest of Bleverde estate. Book both villas for a max of 12 people and enjoy both privacy and joy of togetherness with your big family and/or group of friends. Bleverde, an olive grove is home to two private villas Villa Elia and Villa Levanda. Nested in 8,000m2 overlooking the valley of Gavalochori and the sea in the background the villas have their own private large swimming pools and are surrounded by beautiful mature gardens. Each villa offers lots of privacy and owns separate parking space. A 10 minutes walk from the centre of the village with little tavernas, a bakery and small grocery stores. A great choice of sandy beaches are 10 minutes drive away.

Villa Levanda is a private luxury villa in Crete, designed with style respecting tradition.

Its top floor offers a grand open space living and kitchen area of 85m2. Two large terraces provide spectacular mountain and distant sea views. The living room wooden decked terrace extends onto the private swimming pool area.

The entrance floor is an open space of 90m2 comprises kitchen, leaving and verandas with wide views to groves and distant sea. This floor is connecting directly to the private pool.

The floor bellow is the villa's main master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The bedroom part is spacious and comprises a big terrace with uninterrupted views to the valley and the Souda bay at distance, totally private.

The ground floor has two bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is a double spacious bedroom with its own lounge area and garden. The second bedroom is smaller, has ensuite bathroom and has been designed for two single beds.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the warmest of greetings, helpful hints, the welcome basket which impressed us all, but not as much as the wonderful olive oil! We have been converted to olive oil for life.

Villa Levanda is a gorgeous house with nice gardens and pool and really think we will be back one day.

A vacation to remember!

We stayed 10 days at Villa Levanda last August. This villa is lovely! When entering the high wooden roof in the light tones of grey gives such a pleasant and relaxing feeling. Flowing between the big open living space and the pool and terraces under the sounds of cicadas has been so relaxing.Traveling with a family of five we had absolute privacy in our master bedroom that was covering one floor. Walking distance from the fabulous Aposperitis taverna and the village market.

The caretakers have been very polite and very friendly and gave great recommendations. Thank you for this wonderfull summer.

Fantastische villa in Gavalochori

We hebben begin september in villa Levanda verbleven, en het was een zeer aangenaam verblijf.

De villa is in werkelijkheid nog mooier dan op de foto's van HomeAway en aan werkelijk alles is gedacht. De keuken is zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien en het terras biedt een uitzicht dat doet denken aan een schilderij (van een bijna Italiaans landschap met cipressen en prachtige bloemen).

We werden in de villa verrast met een mooi pakket, met heerlijke wijnen en etenswaren. We ontvingen veel nuttige tips voor het bekijken van de regio, en leuke tips voor een dagtocht met de huurauto.
