What a great location for those that want peace and quiet with sea views from the lounge window or the Pool.
Lovely 3 bedroom bungalow with en-suite, family bathroom and plenty of outdoor space
There is a secret beach across the road from the Villa about a 100 yards with steps down to it.
There is a wine bar within walking distance in this quiet location, if you want bars and restaurants they are 15 minutes in a car.
The nearest airport Ercan is about 64 km far.
The villa is in a beautiful rural area so very relaxing it will take you around 10 minutes to drive to the nearest market in Gecitkoy or Karsiyaka bars and beaches.

Lovely chilled vacation in a quiet area.

Thank you for letting us stop in your lovely villa. Had a great time relaxing. Within easy reach of many bars & restaurants, but you will need a hire car. Check in was easy & everything we needed. We also go for villa holidays, & this was the cleanest pool we have had. Would normally spend each morning, cleaning the pool of insects, but nothing here. Welcome pack was a bit expensive, but was welcome, as we arrived late at night. We ventured out to Famagusta to see the ghost town, Bellapais for lunch. We climbed to the top of St.Hilarion, but make sure you take water, as it is quite a hike in the heat. Restaurants are all pretty cheap, a particular favourite of ours was Niazi in Girne (Kyrenia) We were averaging between 340TL - 450TL for a family of four with drinks & starters. Very good value, a great fillet on the open grill at Niazi is only 82TL. Thank you Mawson family Stockton on Tees

Wow fantastic location sea view from the window

Very quiet relaxing place very close to the Sea and also 10 minute drive to the turtle beach where we watched the turtles hatch. That's why the Villa is called Caretta Caretta if you really need to chill and relax this is the Villa for you loved every minute we will be back

Schöne Ferien, Haus in die Jahre gekommen

Wir haben die Ferien sehr genossen und konnten im Haus gut in der ruhigen Umgebung entspannen. Der Pool war schön gross und sauber. Er wurde zwei Mal wöchentlich gereinigt. Wir haben das Haus für zwei Wochen gemietet, in der Zwischenzeit gab es keinen Maidservice oder Reinigung. Frische Bettwäsche und Strandtücher wurde bereitgestellt. Das Haus und die Inneneinrichtung sind schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Die Aussenstühle müssten dringend ersetzt werden, da sie abgenutzt und schmutzig wirkten (vermutlich durch die Sonnencreme der Gäste). Das Sonnendach im Aussenbereich ist leider komplett zerfetzt und sieht aus wie auf einem alten Piratenschiff. Somit konnte es kaum Schatten spenden. Das Geschirr im Haus mussten wir vor dem Gebrauch waschen, da leider alles etwas klebte. Die Fenster müssten ebenfalls wieder gereinigt werden. Ansonsten war alles sauber. Die Nachbarn nebenan waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses war sehr schön und es gab eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Alles sehr friedlich. Auto wird benötigt. Nächste Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind ca. 10min Autofahrt entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief reibungslos. Wir konnten sehr kurzfristig das Haus buchen.
