FANTASTIC VILLA IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

In Villa Ugartenea we can accommodate 12 people, it is a spacious house with a large garden and different terrace areas, in one of them you can enjoy a jacuzzi with views of the garden
Inside we have a spacious living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 double bedrooms, a bedroom with 4 beds with an attractive design for the little ones. We also have 4 bathrooms.
The urbanization is private and we can enjoy large consolidated gardens, swimming pool, tennis court, playground ...
The villa is 10 km from the beaches of telde and surrounded by mountains and beautiful walking trails.
We also offer a bicycle service, we have from children for the little ones, for walks and Mountain bikes for the more adventurous.

Needing some fine tuning!

The villa is described as 5 bedroom with 4 bathrooms. It’s has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, only 2 of which have functioning showers. As a large group, this caused us to have to compromise. However, it is exactly what you see in the photos and the level of equipment is good. Mikel is very accommodating and helpful. It’s up the mountain, so the weather is different to that of the coastal resorts, but the facilities around are adequate. The heating of the pool was additional to the price, which as there were electrical issues at the property during our stay, we felt was unfair. After the hot tub was cleaned , it was nice. For a summer vacation, I would think it would be super. The description needs to be refined and updated.

Fantastic house with all you need!!

Me and my family stayed at Mikel's house for a week.The house is exactly as described and what we could see on the pictures. Nice swimming pool and jacuzzie. The garden is huge and comfy with nice plants and orange tree.The area is very safe-children could freely bike in the park just close to the house. Mikel, the owner is very friendly and always ready to answer on our questions. He prepared for us as a welcome treat- prosecco and nice tea box, which was wonderful for the first evening at the house after long journey. I higly recommend that place and the house!! Thank you Mikel!!
