Centrally-located. Spacious and beautifully appointed three bedroom, three bathroom condominium near the AZURA property and beach, Southlands Beach and Marley Beach (all a short walk down a hill). Also nearby are Coral Beach, Elbow Beach and in between the public beach. The railway trail for walking is also near by. The Single level, fully-equipped, large covered veranda overlooking the sparkling crystal clear ocean and shallow reefs below. Public transportation only a short walk away. (At the end of the driveway) Golf, tennis, dining all nearby. Five minutes by cab to Hamilton, and only 25 minutes by cab from airport.

As the balcony is high on a cliff side, and the apartment is furnished with antiques and valuables, this property is not suitable for children under the age of ten years.
