About this property

The house is totally renovated, so simple and sought after at the same time. This is a very bright house with a wonderful view of Lake Garda, the surrounding mountains and the beautiful surrounding Morenic hills. Each room is served by a private bathroom. There is also a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, private bathroom and access to a garden with a beautiful view. The kitchen is large with large dining room and direct access to the garden.
The house is located in the town of Ponti sul Mincio, on the river of the same name, just a few kilometers from Peschiera del Garda, then near the lake and near the fun parks of this area (like Gardaland, Caneva ...). From here you can quickly reach the highway that connects to the beautiful surrounding cities (Verona, Mantua, Brescia, Venice, Milan ...) and in a few minutes you will also reach the nearby lakes towns (Desenzano, Sirmione, Lazise ...).
A few kilometers away is the beautiful village of Borghetto and the splendid Parco Giardino Sigurtà natural park.

Beautiful interior, great ambience

Beautiful bedrooms with rustic wall design and very modern and clean amenities. Lovely inside and outside dining area. Some more kitchen utensils, i.e. ladle, serving spoons, colander, and chopping knives would have come in handy. Giusi is a lovely host and was very kind and helpful.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Es hat alles gepasst. Sehr nette Vermieterin und sehr sauber! Unser Wunsch nach einem Staubsauger wurde auch erfüllt. Wenn man mit Hund reist, finde ich es wichtig auch mal zwischendurch zu saugen. Der kleine Garten war komplett hundesicher und einfach perfekt für unseren Vierbeiner. 1SZ im EG mit eigenem Bad und Zugang zum Garten (Hier wäre noch ein Mückennetz von Vorteil) 2 SZ im OG, beide mit Bad und Klimaanlage. Alle Fenster mit Mückenschutz und Fensterläden. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Backofen - alles sehr gepflegt… Die Wohnung ist genauso wie auf den Bildern. Das einzige was aus der Anzeige nicht hervorgeht ist die Tatsache das sich über der Wohnung noch eine weitere Wohnung befindet. (Deswegen die 3 Sterne) Leider waren die Mieter nicht ganz so leise und die Kinder konnten auch nicht „normal“ gehen. In so einem Fall ist es dann doch sehr hellhörig. Hat uns aber nur Morgens betroffen, da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren. Wir würden die Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen und auch nochmal buchen.

Ferienwohnung

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung über 2 Etagen, leider nicht wie angegeben ein Haus da sich darüber noch eine Ferienwohnung für 8 Personen befindet und es sehr hellhörig ist kamen wir nicht in den Genuss zur Ruhe zu kommen ....ansonsten eine schöne Wohnung und die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank PS Wein und Wassergläser müssten mal ausgetauscht werden schon blind und unansehnlich wir haben uns dann selbst neue gekauft. .
