Middle Cottage is a beautiful 3 bedroom self catering holiday cottage that can sleep up to 4 adults, 2 children & 1 infant, and is located in a semi-rural location in Hunmanby, the Gateway to The Wolds. This fantastic village is nestled between The Yorkshire Coast & The Yorkshire Wolds, 3 mile inland from the fabulous seaside town of Filey.

This delightful holiday cottage sits in the grounds of Hunmanby Hall - a former girls’ boarding school and is one of three cottages located at the edge of the grounds. Seven steps lead down to the cottage. The grade 2 listed cottage has a large living room with a cosy gas fired log burning stove. Large, well-equipped dining kitchen. Three bedrooms: one king-size double, one twin and one with bunk beds. Bathroom with over-bath shower and toilet.
Parking is available in an allocated bays 20 metres away from the cottage within the grounds of the Hall.
The stunning gardens are fully enclosed both back and front, making them ideal for children and dogs.
The property is pet friendly.
Up to two mature, well behaved dogs are very welcome. No dogs allowed upstairs or on the furniture. Could you please ensure you pets sleep in the kitchen at night.
Filey (3 miles), Scarborough (9 miles), Bridlington (9 miles), Hunmanby Gap (2 miles), Robin Hoods Bay and Whitby (25 miles) and the world famous RSPB bird sanctuary at Bempton (5 miles) are a must when visiting the area.
A 3 minute stroll through the grounds of the Hall leads into the delightful village centre with three pubs, chemist, butchers, Co-Op, tea-rooms and a good mix of other local shops. A 5 minute drive will take you to The Spirit of Yorkshire. Yorkshires first Single Malt Whisky Distillery.
