Beautiful, large (1238 square feet) comfortable and quiet apartment in one of the historic buildings available for holiday rental all year round. Right in the heart of St Germain des Près where stars and artists can be seen drinking coffee at the café de Flore or La Palette, the apartment is located minutes from the Pont des Arts, the musée d'Orsay and the Louvre, the flat is ideally situated to explore Paris and enjoy its night life. The street is packed with Art Galleries, lovely cafés and an open air market just a few minutes up the road.
The building itself dates back to 17th century, hence the exposed beams and the open fire place. If you are after the historic Paris you will not be disappointed.
The flat is very light and spacious with a wealth of accessories: Cable TV and ultra fast Internet connection, WIFI and the bonus of FREE telephone calls.
Our Property Manager is reachable 24/7 by phone and his assistant will be happy to help you with basic concierge services like restaurant suggestions, planning a day trip outside Paris, organising a babysitter for an evening and so much more.
Parking being one of the hardest thing in the area, our covered car parking space can also be used. SORRY NO YOUNG CHILDREN.
Listed Building: The flat is located on the 3rd floor (American 4th) of a lovely 17th century listed building. Georges Sand (Chopin's love) lived there. It is accessed via a beautiful secluded courtyard and a lift. Although the area is very lively, the flat itself is very quiet. Because the flat is on the third floor with 7 windows in the main living area, it is very light and feels very spacious.
The area: Rue de Seine is packed with amazing art galleries, little cafes such as La Palette or Le bar du Marché as well as interesting little shops. It is both convenient to visit all the most famous Paris sites as well as enjoy its night life . Only minutes from the Louvre (just need to cross the Pont des Arts), the Musée d'Orsay and Notre Dame. You will be able to enjoy sitting at the Terrace of the Café de Flore or the Deux Magots and watch Parisian life go by.
If you like going to markets, Rue de Seine has a little one which offers delicious fruit and veg and many deli produce.
Going out in the evening will be so easy, between Conran's L'Alcazar and other buzzing restaurants, the choice is yours but one of our favourites is Fish. Be sure however to book it in advance.

Family of Four
We have stayed at many apartments in Paris and this is our favorite. We stayed there 3 weeks. First week with my mother who is 80 years old and the apartment was well suited for her. The neighborhood is fantastic and the apartment is elegant, quiet (it faces a pretty courtyard) and we felt we were in Paris even inside. It is located in the center of the 6th, you are a stone's throw from the Louvre, Blvd. St Germain, etc. We stayed with our daughter and her friend, both 15, and felt completely safe with their being out and about. Near outdoor markets, shops and transportation, there is no better location in Paris (I lived in Paris for two years). The rooms are light and airy, the decoration is soothing, and the TV and internet worked perfectly. The kitchen is very well equipped and we had some very good meals when we didn't want to eat out. The outdoor market ,supermarket, butcher, boulangerie cheese and wine store store nearby made our stay so pleasant and really Parisian. The reception upon arrival was excellent. We can't say enough good things about this rental and hope to be able to stay there again soon.
Perfect location / Exquisite Apartment / Best Trip Ever - 5 Star +++ Experience
Having been to Paris many times, the housing situation is always dicey. Pictures never seem to do the housing justice. Until we found this property. It was magical trip for our family of 5. Everything in the description was as promised and even more. We shouldn't talk too much about this apartment, because we want to go back and need it to be available! Tons of living space for our family. Every amenity you could imagine. Kitchen was spacious, washer and dryer were perfect. The neighborhood is the best in Paris and we found the local markets, restaurants and shopping exactly what we were looking for. Joseph, the manager, walked us through every detail and they even provided us a car service (5 Stars) and access to a concierge, which we didn't use, who could arrange anything for us. We were walking distance from EVERYTHING - Louvre, Orsay, Notre Dame, etc. We will be back!

We were so happy in this elegant apartment; it is so tastefully designed and so well-appointed that there was nothing more to wish for. The location, on such a lively street in such a vibrant neighborhood is perfect; there were wonderful restaurants, shops, markets all within a stone's throw. We loved every minute of our stay here.

Beautiful apartment in perfect location!
We've travelled to Paris many times (more than 10) and this was by far the best location we've been. It's close to all that central Paris has to offer, on a quiet street with a distinct neighborhood feel. 2 ample bedrooms, and 2 1/2 baths!
We would definitely look forward to renting this apartment again!

Rue du Siene was the perfect location...galleries, the Lourve, the Siene, Notre Dame, local shops and easy travel...best accommodations...our dream of walking up the block with baguette and cafe in hand and living the life of Paris was fulfilled. Nearby cafes and galleries gave us ample opportunity to mingle with Parisians and other travelers. The apartment was fabulous everything you could want was provided. As Manhattanites we felt transposed from one great apartment to another...seamless!

Excellent apartment in the Latin Quarter!
The apartment was absolutely perfect. Very comfortable for 4 people, and in a great location. Close to excellent restaurants, quaint art galleries and well-stocked markets.

- A welcome hamper is provided on arrival. Please also note that you will find a Nespresso machine as well as a normal coffee machine. The kitchen is very well equipped with tons of plates, glasses and cutlery so you don't have to worry about it. Please note that there are a number of steps (for the bathrooms and toilets) within the flat which makes it difficult for elderly or disabled. The flat is not really suitable for young children. Children 8 and over welcome. Sorry but NO CHILDREN under 8. All calls are free.
