Completely restored and finely furnished, Panasini's House guarantees the utmost comfort for a relaxing holiday in the fantastic setting of the Etruscan Coast.
It is composed of 2 floors with a large independent garden in the shade of pines and palms of the adjoining Viale delle Palme. It consists of a spacious living room with fireplace for both autumn and winter, terraces covered on both floors, very good For relaxation and to stay outdoors even in the event of rain. Two comfortable rooms and two bathrooms also allow 5/6 people to spend a pleasant holiday, guaranteeing each of their spaces. The house is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning (with heat pump) and an outdoor shower powered by solar energy.

It is about a 10-minute walk from the sea, even less if you use the bicycle (supplied on request). Use the car just to discover the wonderful surrounding: Bolgheri, Populonia Etruscan excavations, Baratti Gulf, Marina di San Vincenzo, Sassetta Baths, the fantastic gastronomic pathway that can satisfy the needs of the most palati gourmand!

The villa has two floors and it also comes with a large private garden shaded by the pines and palms of the adjacent 'Viale delle Palme'. The spacious living room has a fireplace for charming stays in autumn or winter, and covered terraces on both floors are perfect for relaxing outdoors even in the event of rain. Two comfortable bedrooms (plus a sofa bed in the living room), and 2 bathrooms allow up to 5/6 people enough space to enjoy a pleasant holiday. The house is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, air conditioning (with heat pump) and an eco outdoor shower. A private outdoor parking space is also available.

The seaside is 10 minutes away on foot, even less by bicycle (available on request). Bolgheri, the Etruscan ruins of Populonia, the Gulf of Baratti, the Marina di San Vincenzo, the Terme di Sassetta (thermal baths) and the fantastic wine and gastronomy, are just a few of the attractions of the area. Trail that will satisfy the palates of even the most demanding of gourmands.

Family vacation

The house was great, and well equiped and clean. Patrizia is very nice and flexible. The area is quiet and around 20 minute walk from the beach. We spent a wonderful week and highly recommend this house.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön. Stilvoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Patrizia ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Der Garten ist sehr schön und die Nachbarschaft freundlich. Für Hunde gibt es Platz und sie sind willkommen. Der Strand ist sehr schön und der Hundestrand gleich daneben.
