This recently renovated and re-equipped apartment, completely refurbished in February 2011, is at a close walking distance to ‘Le Palais des Festivals' on the Croisette, to the nearest beaches, to the old port and to the Cannes train, TGV, bus and taxi stations. Very comfortable, this 2 room apartment which sleeps 4, is located on the second floor with lift of a 19th century 'bourgeois' building, perfectly located in the heart of Cannes in the fashionable district called 'la Banane', at the crossing of Rue des Serbes and Rue Hoche (a quiet and pedestrian street with shops, bars and restaurants). High ceiling rooms include a living room with convertible sofa (real double bed), a bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double, a bathroom with bath and a kitchenette with the usual appliances including a washing machine with incorporated dryer. A perfect “pied à terre” both for business and leisure travelers.
