The villa is located in the Settignano area of the city of Florence, just about 4.2 miles away from the beginning of its historic district.
The village of Settignano is about 0.6 miles away, can be reached on foot and features 3 great restaurant/pizzerias, cafes as well as a pharmacy, grocery stores, etc. The nearest bus stop can also be found at Settignano where the number 10 will take you directly to Piazza San Marco from which you can easily walk to all of Florence's main sites.

Just five minutes walking distance it is also possible to visit the world renowned garden of Villa Gamberaia, one of the most meaningful examples of Italian Gardening.

The nearest large supermarket is about 2.3 miles away from the property while Florence’s main train station (called Santa Maria Novella), is just about 5.8 miles away.

The villa spreads over 2 floors, as follows:
