The 60sqm apartment is part of a residence with an independent entrance and is located on the ground floor, facing the sea, with a private and exclusive entrance.

It is located in a quiet area directly above the village of San Vincenzo (in the lower part of the residential area) and is only 600 meters from the sea (200 meters as the crow flies) and 5-10 minutes on foot from the center of the village which can be reached via a pedestrian path.

The large double bedroom consists of 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed and allows you to comfortably accommodate 4 people plus a possible cot.

In the living room there is an additional double sofa bed.
The apartment is completed by the kitchenette, the closet and the large bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Camping cot available for children 1-3 years.
