Luxurious 'beach chic' accomodation with large heated pool

Luxurious, recently renovated villa, set within a secure, quiet and secluded domaine, facing the Mediterranean Sea, close to the beach of La Nartelle and the town centre. Enjoy stunning views over the Mediterranean from the vast terraces and also from the main reception rooms and the bedrooms. It is an ideal setting for fabulous family holidays. The pool is very large (5x12 metres), perfectly positioned just below the villa’s terraces for long days of poolside lounging overlooking the sea. The villa has all newly fitted top of the range domestic electrical appliances, air-conditioned bedrooms, secure gate, intercom, safe and a Weber gas barbecue. For children there is a large trampoline and a competitive level table tennis table. The villa also provides access to the tennis court across the road from the house. In summary this villa has everything you will need for a very memorable holiday: tasteful interiors, great outdoors, proximity to beach and nightlife but also peace and quiet

The property benefits from a large Mediterranean garden (2,950 m2) with a number of very mature trees: large pins parasols, cork trees, olive trees and a beautiful palm tree which takes pride of place by the pool. The most recent addition to the garden has been a large trampoline for children. There is also off street parking for at least 4 cars.

Why Madeleine chose St Tropez region

After many years of renting holiday homes, we bought this house to enjoy our holidays in our own environment. We wanted to be very close to a beach but in a restful quiet place (as we live in the centre of London) and not too far from a touch of glamour... St Tropez. We were looking for a big pool so our children could practice their laps for swimming squads, a large garden so they could play and for a breath taking view so we could sit outside and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

What makes this villa unique

The house has a very large terrace which means that different groups can really spread out and you can relax on a lounger for hours just watching the yachts float by, crossing to and from St Tropez. It is on a hill and you can walk down to the beach in about 20 minutes (by car it is just 2 minutes and parking for the beach is very easy). Walking up is good exercise to burn off those lunchtime calories before settling in for sunset drinks and BBQ dinners.

The villa is ideally located in the secluded and very quiet secure domaine of La Nartelle with spectacular sea views.

The beautiful sandy beaches of La Nartelle are 2 minutes away whilst the town of Sainte-Maxime is located 10 minutes by car. There are two golf courses nearby, the nearest golf course is the Golf of St Maxime and is a 5 minute drive and the Golf de Roquebrune is 15 minutes away.

Saint-Tropez faces Sainte-Maxime across the Gulf de St Tropez and is only 12 km away. A boat to access Saint-Tropez is available from the Sainte-Maxime harbour and will take 15 minutes.

With an average of more than 300 days of sunshine Sainte-Maxime is the perfect year round holiday location.

Port Grimaud is midway between both cities, 6 km away.

Cannes and its famous Croisette is only 50 km away and the region of Provence is 80 km away.

Nice Côte d'Azur International Airport is only 70 km away and Toulon Airport is 60 km away.

  • The villa is very family friendly and ideal for two families to stay together. There are two main bedrooms on the left and right side of the house on the ground floor. The master bedroom has a very large ensuite shower room with a double vanity area and WC and also a separate dressing room with ample wardrobe space and a desk. The second ground floor bedroom is annex the second reception room and has a separate WC and shower room. This reception area can be closed off by the glass double doors and thereby providing additional privacy. There is also a double single bed room on the ground floor on the side of the second reception room. Two further bedrooms are upstairs, each with their own bathroom. These bedrooms have an interconnecting door which can be locked. There are staircases leading up to the bedrooms from both the first and the second reception room, again enhancing privacy for both families if required. In addition there is a sofabed in the second reception room.

  • The house has full WIFI coverage also on the terrace. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances and there are 2 refrigerators (one large fridge and one smaller fridge/freezer), a nespresso machine, toaster, coffee maker, mixer, blender, kettle. There is a portable Bose iPod speaker, a large TV in the reception with satellite connection (Astra 1) and DVD player. In the master bed room there is also a TV/DVD but no satellite connection.
