House of full foot very pleasant to live, with 3 rooms, in a big sported ground, private access, very calm.

New 2018: new mattresses and duvets at your disposal. a Nespresso machine is at your disposal in addition to the classic coffee maker. Beautiful sunbeds and garden furniture revisited!

Shady terrace for your meals outside facing the magnificent view over the bay of Cavalaire and the islands of Levant and Port Cros. Located in a quiet part of the peninsula of St. Tropez, and central to visit the coast from Le Lavandou to St. Raphael. The beach is 700 meters away and can be reached on foot. Numerous beaches and coves of fine sand along the bay of Cavalaire and Cap lardier.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!

Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit. Das Haus hat ein paar Kleinigkeiten, in Ausstattung und Einrichtung die "etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind", und wir denken, mit ganz wenig Aufwand ist das Haus eine kleine Perle! Die überdachte Terrasse ist wunderschön für's Essen draußen und laue Abende. Ein Mückenschutz vor den Terrassentüren wäre toll, wir fahren seit mehr als 15 Jahren nach La Croix Valmer und das Problem stellt sich immer wieder. Das Haus ist insgesamt geräumig, man hat ausreichend Platz, auch draußen und auch für die Autos. Wir hatten eine völlig Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe, sowohl bei der An- als auch bei der Abreise. Herzlichen Dank auch an Bénédicte :-)

Großzügig geschnittenes Haus – 1 Matraze muss erneuert werden

Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten, die Lage ist auch gut. Leider ist die Straße in der Nähe tagsüber zum Teil sehr befahren. Manche Autos rasen leider sehr schnell. Da das Grundstück ohne Zaun ist, musste mein Hund die ganze Woche an der Leine sein. Nachts war es ruhig. Die Küche ist ziemlich gut ausgestattet. Mir hat jedoch ein Wasserkocher für meinen Tee gefehlt. Aber dafür gab es 3 Kaffeemaschinen. Das Einzige was wir wirklich richtig schlecht fanden, war die Queen Size Matratze in meinem Zimmer. Ich kann auch auf harten Matrazen schlafen, aber die ist nicht nur hart, sondern man spürt jede Sprungfeder durch den Bezug hindurch. Ich habe noch eine Decke über die Matraze gelegt,mich jedoch weiterhin wie ein schlechter Fakir gefühlt. Es hat nichts gebracht. Nach drei Tagen war ich komplett gerädert. Meine mitreisende Freundin war so nett mit mir die Matraze zu tauschen, aber auch sie kam mit den Sprungfedern der Matraze nicht zurecht. Sie hat dann aus dem dritten Zimmer eine Einzelmatraze geholt und auf die schreckliche gelegt und dann ging es. Das Wichtigste in einer Unterkunft ist, dass man gut schlafen kann. Die Matratze sollte sofort ersetzt werden.

Très belle villa

Vue magnifique depuis cette villa spacieuse, très bien équipée. La mer est accessible à pied(environ 700m) mais uniquement pour les jeunes sportifs compte tenu de la déclivité…! L’environnement est très calme ,verdoyant ,loin de la circulation La propriétaire ( que nous n’avons pas vue) a été très arrangeante lorsque nous avons rencontré un petit souci d’accessibilité lié à la présence d’une personne âgée de 90 ans en fauteuil roulant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.on recommande .

Maison sympa et emplacement au top !

Maison idéalement située à quelques pas de la belle plage de Sylvabelle et à proximité de la pointe sauvage du cap Lardier. Vue imprenable sur les îles du Levant. La maison était bien adaptée à la taille de notre groupe (2 couples et 2 bébés) cependant une porte aurait été appréciable pour bien séparer l'espace de vie (salon + cuisine) des chambres et éviter ainsi que les bruits de casseroles et TV ne puissent parvenir jusqu'aux chambres. D'autre part les gonds de toutes les portes mériteraient un bon coup de graisse. Ça grince de toute part ! Des matelas plus larges auraient été appréciables et l'un des 2 matelas est tout simplement à changer (très dur). Sinon la maison est agréable à vivre. La cuisine (qui est cependant bien équipée) et les salles de bain mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement. Deux ventilateurs n'auraient pas été superflus car les chambres sont orientées plein sud ainsi qu'un parasol pour pouvoir profiter de l'extérieur en journée. La propreté des lieux (sol, poussières sous le canapé et sur les luminaires, buanderie à ranger et à débarrasser) est perfectible tout comme le mobilier qui n'est pas d'une très grande qualité (tables de nuit par exemple, rideaux, lampes de chevets...). Enfin, la voie d'accès à la propriété est vraiment très raide et mon véhicule touchait le sol (véhicule long) mais j'ai pu le laisser plus haut en toute sécurité.
