This luxurious 2 bedroom apartment is located on the second of three floors, with direct lift access. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage space and have direct views over the golf course and fountain lake below.

There are two separate bathrooms, as well as a separate toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped and leads onto the large terrace overlooking the golf course and woodlands.

The large open plan dining area and lounge is fully furnished to a high standard, with ample room to relax, and also leads onto the outside terrace.

Unlimited wireless INTERNET access within the apartment.

Valbonne village: This tranquil medieval village has many restaurants and boutiques to choose from, there is ample free parking just outside the main square, and a local village market every Friday

Quiet, Peaceful and with everything you need!

The property is set in an idyllic location - very quiet and peaceful. It is well presented is very well secured. The property is spacious and has everything that you need in it to make your stay comfortable and overlooks the golf course.

The building itself is very secure and all doors are accessed by either a key or a code. You do feel very safe here.

The kitchen is well equipped and the living room has a comfy sofa with English TV. Our bedrooms were comfortable, and again had everything that we needed.

The pool is very tranquil with probably 10 people in it being the maximum at any one time. Most of the time we were there on our own.

This is in a good location as you are near to everywhere, but out of the way for peace and quiet when you need it. The beach was about 15 minutes drive away. We went ot Monte Carlo, Nice, Cannes and to a lake, that were all within an hours drive.

Well equipped and relaxing apartment away from the crowds.

The apartment is exceptionally well equipped. The shared pool is rarely busy, we had it to ourselves most mornings, it is busier in the afternoons. The wifi and access to uk TV channels were a bonus for our children (10 and 17). Day trips by train (from Biot) to Monaco were easy (less than an hour), driving to Cannes and Antibes was straightforward. We also had a day in the mountains which are less than a hours drive away. You do need a car as there are no shops within easy walking distance. The location is quiet and relaxed which is perfect after the heat and bustle of the nearby towns!

Very spacious,clean & well equipped apartment overall but not much room in the bedrooms, large balcony but unfortunately very little sun falls on it, good base for exploring the area

One of the best locations in the South of France

Fantastic apartment overlooking the golf course - clean, huge sofa and all the kit you need to be comfortable, including very secure garage parking. Pool is super and generally very quiet. Nearby Valbonne is one of the best towns to visit, having a lovely restaurant square and a market every Friday. Very difficult to not keep going back to this location and would definitely recommend this apartment!

Relaxing base for family holiday

Spacious, clean and accurately described apartment, with a great view of the golf course. Swimming pool and tennis courts were rarely busy and a great asset to a family holiday.

Valbonne is a stunning town, and a 5 min drive away. Some information about the area ie supermarkets, places to visit etc would help.

Only 20 min from Nice airport, this gem in the Cote d'Azur is nestled in the woodlands of the Val Martin, 2km from the ancient medieval village of Valbonne, offering a variety of restaurants and boutiques. Overlooking the Victoria Golf Course, with the nearby Alps backdrop, this retreat is ideal for golfers and skiers alike, as well as being a perfect location for a family beach holiday, within easy reach of nearby Antibes, Juan les Pins, Cannes and Theoule sur Mer. This quiet domain boasts a large swimming pool including children's shallow area, tennis court, 9 hole golf course and driving range. The excellent 'Roseraie' restaurant offers a varied menu, in a tranquil setting with outside dinning terraces overlooking the golf course....right on your doorstep !!

Golf: Designed in 1987 by Michel Gayon, the Victoria Golf course is situated a short distance from the medieval village of Valbonne and the Sophia Antipolis business park. It is a 9-hole, par 34 course and is 2334m long. Quite a technical, hilly course offering a challenging round for all levels of golfers.

As with many of South of France courses, it is set in a very verdant situation creating an atmosphere of calm, far from the hectic life of the French Riviera. There is an excellent restaurant, the 'Roseraie' with outside dinning terraces overlooking the golf course.

Ski: Nearest ski resort is Greolieres les Neiges approx 1 hours drive, as well as many other resorts to choose from such as Valberg. Depending on the time of year, you could find yourself ski-ing in the morning, and sitting by the pool back at the apartment in the afternoon, or on the beach !!
