The property is very cool but a little challenging. The spiral staircase is super steep and not for the faint hearted. A fabulously central location but above a bar/club so noise into the night. Very well equipped space and thoughtful hosting with lovely welcome pack.

Fabulous and funky -great location

This property was amazing . Couldn’t have asked for a better location -minutes from the Duomo -shopping and lots of restaurants . Sandi was outstanding-providing restaurant recommendations -meeting our needs during our stay . Loved being able to look down into the square and people watch . Would absolutely recommend this property. A couple tips -might have been nice to have more than one towel each (there were 4 of us) as the dryer didn’t work particularly well so drying laundry was a bit of a challenge. Also -tho it wasn’t an issue for us -the inside spiral staircase to the bedroom that didn’t have an ensuite might be a challenge for someone with mobility issues . All in all a wonderful experience:))

Fabulous experience

Loved the location and the apartment. It is perfectly situated to explore the main sights while offering an insight into the authentic Florence. We had two different groups of friends visiting during our stay and the apartment was cleaned between their visits. Very impressed.

Perfect Place

This ‘modern living’ apartment was just the perfect place. Location was only a few minutes walk to all the tourist attractions and shops. Our host was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely book again. Our host was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Breath taking apartment in a dream like location

Wonerful apartment, spacious, clean. comfortable and perfectly silent. Huge fully equipped kitchen made cooking and eating at home a real pleasure. Great outdoor and indoor markets close by as well as a supermarket and groceries stores. Neghborhood literally filled with restaurants. The area is one of the most charming and is close to Duomo and all the major spots. Perfectly equipped to provide all you can need.
