A 5 minute walk to Plaza España and 15 minutes walk to Plaza Cataluña. From the apartment you can access on foot many of the attractions of the city. It is also excellently connected: buses at the door to the beaches, and a few minutes, metro, funicular Montjuic, tourist bus, shuttle to the airport terminal.

My flat is in a neighborhood called L´Eixample. It´s in the center of the city. It´s walking distance from the convention center in Plaza España. Very close (also walking distance) from the Miró museum and Caixa Forum. Located about 15 minutes walking distance from the famous Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. Twenty minutes from the airport on a bus, which stops 5 blocks away from my apartment. We also have a huge and nice shopping center, with all the shops and restaurants you need and it´s just a 5 minute walk away.

My flat is the top floor of a beautiful building with a lift. Our neighbors are calm, quiet and respectful. It´s a beautiful flat, full of natural light and there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one full kitchen, a beautiful living room with TV, DVD, and a music stereo. Six people can sleep in this flat. It´s in a neighborhood called Eixample- a nice, clam, and safe neighborhood in the center of Barcelona. There are plenty of bars and restaurants which you can reach by foot. We have a supermarket right across the street and the underground and bus stops just one block away.

Lovely, short stay in Barcelona

Three women and one couple, all in our seventies stayed at this lovely apartment for four days prior to a pilgrimage. it was charming and adequate for our needs. Felt a part of Barcelona living. One bath with shower is a bit small but beds comfortable, kitchen had all that we wanted and social area plenty large. Go up street and around corner to small eatery Rekon for great empanadas, salad and eggplant appetizer. Metro nearby!

Great hostess and rental

Mariona was the best hostess I've ever had. She was extremely responsive to every question I had, leading up to our arrival. She even called us a taxi when I asked how to get one. I just wish the rental was a little closer to the main attractions we wanted to see (Gothic Quarter, La Rambla, La Sagrada Familia, etc.). The place was as described in the listing with lots of local shops and restaurants to choose from. Thank you, Mariona!

Very nice place to stay. Clean. Really quiet and yet Barri Gotic etc.. in walking distance. Mariona is super friendly and nice. We hab a really nice time there.

Comfortable Apartment

Everything we needed in a good location. Mariona met us at the apartment and explained how to use the washing machine and made sure the thermostat was set comfortably for us. Beds were very comfortable although the mattress in the master bedroom is quite firm, but some folks like that. Our stay was over Christmas and Mariona provided champagne, bottled water, and a poinsettia. We appreciated her thoughtful touches and enjoyed meeting her.
