“Villa Mikros Vorias” residence was completed with personal care and emphasis on quality. This spacious Cycladic villa is designed with respect to the traditional architecture of the island. The natural materials were combined with modern techniques to create the result that ensures the calmness and the comfort we need in our vacation. It is split in two levels, has traditional built-in living rooms, spacious rooms, sunny, sheltered and open-air verandas and unobstructed view of the Aegean Sea and the nearby islands.
It is located in Karavostassis of Folegandros, 800 meters from the port of the island and 200 meters from the beach of Hochlidia, with easy access. Within a 5-minute walk, you will find the village and the beach, traditional taverns, bars by the sea and small grocery stores. Walking along the coastal road and within walking distance, you come across the beaches of Latinaki, Vicentzou, Pountaki and Livadi. Within a 10-minute walk, you will find one of the most beautiful beaches of the island, Vardia.
Just a short distance from the residence, there is a local transport station for the island's capital (Chora) and the other villages of the island. The most isolated beaches are accessible by tourist boats from the very nearby harbour, while hiking is also appropriate. Following the footpaths between the dry stone walls pass by old mills, abandoned themonies, solitary chapels, you can cross the whole island.
