View and location good, but service and cleanlines need improvement.

The apt itself is very spacious and with beautiful views of the sunset. However that’s were the good things end. Upon arrival we noticed several issues: refrigerator, nespresso machine and sheets weren’t clean, soap dispenser not filled, not enough cups and glasses for the size of our group, a big part of the terrace, including table and seats were filled with birds poop. One person of our group got locked in the bathroom as the handle/lock didn’t work properly. The door handle of the 2nd bedroom fell apart The sink in the bathroom was completely clogged. Only when I suggested to call a plumber myself ( after it being unresolved for 4 days) a plumber was called to resolve it. The staff was not very responsive in resolving issues. We were given a bottle of Schaumwein - which was a nice gesture- but the issues were not addressed or only after many times asking. I had emailed the hotel but have not received any response. As a side note, we found this place when searching for an apartment via HomeAway. However be aware that it doesn’t have a kitchen.

Herrliche Aussicht mit sehr großer Terrasse, sehr schönes Apartment!

Die Wohnung befindet sich auf dem Dach eines Hotels direkt an den Dünen. Schöne Loungemöbel auf der großen Terrasse(abends sensationelle Sonnenuntergänge gesehen - Kerzen mitnehmen!!;-)). Auf den 2 anderen, kleineren Sitzgelegenheiten stehen 2 Stühle/ 4 Stühle + Tisch. Leider etwas ungepflegt(, haben diese aber auch nicht benutzt). In wenigen Minuten ist man am ruhigen, nicht überlaufenen Strand(trotz Sommerferien - der Ort selbs ist seeeehr ruhig!). 2 schöne, einfache Strandbars in direkter Nähe des Dünenübergangs. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und modern eingerichtet. Die Betten (2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und eine Klappcouch im Wohnbereich sind sehr bequem. Zwei große, begehbare Kleiderschränke sind vorhanden. Das Bad ist geräumig, macht einen älteren Eindruck als der rest der Wohnung ist aber gepflegt. Das seperate WC könnte ein wenig besser in Schuß sein. Bei Vollbelegung fehlt definitiv ein 2. Bad/WC. Wir waren dort mit unseren 2 Kindern (1 u. 3 + Tante für 2 Nächte) Dafür war alles mehr als ausreichend. Vermisst haben wir allerdings eine kleine Küche, um Babynahrung oder ein Kindergericht zuzubereiten und mal was abzuspülen. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank ohne Eisfach und ein Kaffeeautomat sind vorhanden. Die Kapseln werden täglich aufgefüllt. Jeden Tag Zimmerservice - klasse! Das Hotelpersonal ist absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im hoteleigenen Restaurant kann man mittags bei einer kleineren Karte und abnends a la carte gut essen. Gefrühstückt haben wir auf dem Zimmer. (Kann man auch kommen lassen) Fazit: Wir hatten dort einen klasse Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt wiederkommen!
