This large three-room apartment is located on the first floor of a large country villa 700 m from the sea. It consists of entrance, living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and private terrace. All rooms are air-conditioned. The villa is surrounded by a large garden in common with shady trees of fake pepper and fruit trees typical of Sicily (citrus fruit, mulberry trees, pomegranate, pomegranate, olive trees). Apartment equipped for 4 people. On request additional bedding, cot, high chair. Gallina beach can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, while the nearest shopping center is 3 km away. Bellissima esperienza

Proprietari discreti e molto gentili. Appartamento molto curato e dotato di ogni comfort, in posizione strategica per visitare tutta la costa siciliana campresa tra Siracusa e Marzamemi e (da non trascurare) ubicato a 700 metri da una bella piaggia raggiungibile comodamente a piedi.
