Villa Olive Tree is in the quiet village of Mrkovi, minutes away from Rosé or Mirista Beach.

Both the balcony and the pool terrace area give great views of the surrounding olive grove and beyond. The terrace is ideal for lounging and entertaining.

The villa contains a lounge, a dining area and a kitchen complete with an oven and a microwave. There are 2 good sized bedrooms on the 1st floor containing a double and single bed each. Both have their own air-conditioning units and En-Suite bathrooms. The sofa in the lounge is a sofa bed. Bed linens are supplied. There are laundry facilities on the property.

Tivat Airport is 20 Km away.30 mins. Kotor also 20 Km , Beach bars and restaurants are from 6 minutes to 15 minutes away by car.

Beautiful villa away from the crowds

Had a fantastic time here. Jovan was friendly and helpful - good recommendations of where to go and for restaurants, and even arranged taxi to dubrovnik airport for the last day. A few minor issues with the house did nothing to diminish the pleasure of our holiday. We feel lucky to have found this secluded spot away from the crowds of Budva etc. Would definitely come again. Thanks so much.

The swimming pool and facilities are a good reason to go no where, alternatively if you fancy a bit of Buzz there is Rose, and Mirista Beech 5 and 10 minutes by car.There is also the very trendy Almar Beech club and Restaurant 15 minutes away.
So you can enjoy privacy with your pool courtyard and BBQ, or a good number of restaurants near by.
