About this property

A newly built farmhouse, located two kilometers from one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, San Gemini, and immersed in the Umbrian countryside. We offer our guests an apartment of 90 square meters and equipped with all comforts (living area with kitchen, a double bedroom and a large bathroom). The private park has a swimming pool and Jacuzzi as well as areas equipped with barbecue and gazebo for relaxing.

From the farmhouse you can easily reach all the most important and fascinating places in Umbria, from the Marmore waterfall to the Piediluco lake, from the Etruscan ruins of Carsulae to the splendid underground Narni, from Spoleto to Assisi, from Perugia to Lake Trasimeno.
