Stylishly decorated apartment complete with free WIFi located in the beautiful surroundings of the Tuscana Resort Orlando. From the minute you arrive at the resort you will experience the magic of this special resort which is beautifully landscaped with lush planting and a private woodland.

The Tuscana resort has a bar & restaurant, swimming pool complex with separate kiddie pool, hot tub, fitness center, bbq areas, picnic tables, and complimentary wifi. There are a variety of restaurants close by ranging from fast food outlets to family favourite dining, Publix Grocery Store, and Walgreen’s Drug Store are also Close by.

The world famous Walt Disney World with its four parks, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios Epcot and Animal Kingdom along with Universal Studios are just a short ride away. There are also various outlet shopping areas close by if you fancy some retail therapy.

The apartment has undergone an extensive upgrade in May 2022. The following have all been replaced with brand new products - Washer Dryer, Fridge freezer, Range cooker, over range built in microwave, master bedroom bed and mattress, dining room chairs, vanity unit to main bathroom & patio chairs.

The apartment is on the ground floor and comfortably sleeps up to four people, there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in the lounge that easily sleeps two extra adults if required.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an Electric Stove and Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine & Dryer, Iron and Iron Board, Coffee Maker, Plates, Cups, Bowls, Saucepans, Serving Dishes, Toaster & Kettle.

The apartment is on the doorstep of Champions Gate which boasts numerous golfs courses including a Greg Norman designed Course.

Great place

Great little find, accommodation is perfect for us, the pool is great, the only downside in the pool area is the main facilities are closed. I guess it is still suffering post covid. It didnt spoil our stay though, we had a couple of very minor issues which Karen resolved straight away, great place highly recommend

Great apartment, in a great location.

We, family of four, two adults and two children (5 & 8) stayed here for 2.5 weeks. This apartment is very modern, very clean and tidy, and has all that you will need for a stay. The apartment is no more than 100 metres from the pool, gym, and club house, all of which are at a more than adequate standard. Champions Gate is a fantastic area to be based, supermarket and large variety of restaurants and bars on the door step. It is also very well located for all the Disney theme parks, never really more than 20 minute drive. The owners were also very helpful and in communication at all the right times.

Lovely modern clean condo

Lovely condominium,ideal for families looking to stay outside of the Disney resort area,great restaurants and amenities around champions gate,not to far from Disney & universal also Clearwater and Tampa only 1-2 hour drive away. Owners are quick responsive to questions asked and very knowledgeable within the local area and very helpful Altogether a great family holiday. Planning on coming back to Florida in 2-3 years and if this condo is available we will book again

Excellent decor, cleaning and quiet

The apartment was idea for getting around Florida, 5 mins from the main road network and we did 1300 miles in 2 weeks. The apartment was cleaning with all the equipment you could need, we’ve been to America 8 times now and this is the best one we have stayed in. I will be using this again and it’s a real credit to Lynn the owner
