Beautiful secluded original villa

From the moment we enquired to booking the villa Maria replied immediately with friendly helpful advice it made the whole experience a pleasure. On arrival we were greeted by Maria and Dennis who made us extremely welcome with a delicious home cooked meal and bottle of wine. We also thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast we booked for the duration of the holiday always fresh, organic and very plentiful , Maria's also happy to adapt to your personal tastes. The villa was outstanding in every way. Dennis's artwork was fabulous and fitted in with the surroundings beautifully. The whole villa was well equipped and quite unique in its decor which added to its ambience. We thoroughly enjoyed the tranquility of the location so nice to sit outside at breakfast and just hear birdsong. If you crave peace and quiet in a fantastic location in a top notch villa with a great host - do not hesitate to book.

Phantastisch!

Auf einem riesigen gepflegten Grundstück mit Kalifornischem Rasen, schönem Pool und Meerblick gelegene Villa. Das Haus ist komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Betten bequem. Im Haus und auf dem ganzen Grundstück gibt es viele liebevoll gestaltete Details. Alles ist blitzsauber. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Maria begrüßte uns herzlich mit Gemistas. Im Kühlschrank warteten frisch gepresster Orangensaft, Wein und Bier. Unsere beiden Hunde und wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke an Maria und Dennis für ihre Gastfreundschaft!

Traumhafte Villa, mit viel Liebe gestaltet, herzliche Vermieter, fantastischer Service, Ort der Ruhe

Die Villa ist für Menschen geschaffen, die Kraft schöpfen möchten in einer natürlichen Umgebung. Ca. 3 Minuten fußläufig vom nächsten Strand entfernt, liegt die Driftwood Villa. Vor Blicken von außen geschützt, bezaubert das Kleinod sofort mit seinem außergewöhnlichen Charme. Eine Villa aus Holz schmiegt sich in einen von liebevoller Hand gestaltetes Grundstück. In ausladenden Olivenbäumen angebrachtes Licht sorgt am Abend für eine heimelige Atmosphäre. Der Pool strahlt türkis wie das Wasser am Myrtosbeach, dessen atemberaubenden Anblick kein Kefalonia Urlauber versäumen darf. Von der Terrasse aus über das weitläufige Grundstück hinweg kann der Blick auf der Weite des Meeres verweilen bis hin zur Insel Zakynthos. Driftwood ist eine Komposition die den Urlauber mit "sanften Händen" vom ersten Moment an umarmt und Ruhe schenkt. Stress und Hektik sind wie von Zauberhand weggefegt. Das Haus selbst wirkt mit seinen fast 70qm und den hohen Decken großräumig und hell. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail haben die Besitzer es geschafft, einen fließenden Übergang von Natur außen zu Wohlgefühl innen zu schaffen. Naturmaterialen, Farben, die Meer und Strand widerspiegeln machen ein behagliches Wohngefühl. Bei Funktionalität wurde an alles gedacht und modernes Technik steht hier nicht im Widerspruch zur Natur. Wer erholsamen Schlaf sucht, findet diesen in einem sehr bequemen Bett. Im unauffällig eingepassten Schrank ist ausreichend Platz, mit Innenbeleuchtung und Safe. Alles wirkt sehr gepflegt. Das schöne Bad bietet viel Platz und ist mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Auch die Kuchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Besitzer sind super freundlich, herzlich und um jeden Komfort bemüht. Sie sorgen für einen stets sauberen Pool, frische Wäsche und ein blitzblankes Haus. Wer original griechisches Frühstück liebt kann sich damit gegen einen Aufpreis verwöhnen lassen. Driftwood ist ideal geschaffen für Menschen, die nach einem hektischen Alltag wieder zu sich finden möchten. Es ist eine Oase für Ruhesuchende, die es erlaubt, sich ohne weitere Anstrengung sehr schnell einzuschwingen auf einen Ruhepuls. Wir wollten für immer hier bleiben - wie Adam und Eva im Paradies. Maria: "Hallo, I'm an alternative healer practicing Reglexology, Biofeedback and Homeopathy for the last 20 years. I grew up in Athens and moved to Kefalonia the last 10 years. We built this villa with my partner Dennis because we want to promote the eco living, love of nature, well-being and true hospitality. we love to treat our costumers like guests."
