Great place, in a great Location

Loved staying here for our time Banff. Set a couple of streets back from Banff Avenue, it was perfect to walk into town of an evening without all the noise and traffic you get by staying on the main drag. The train line noise (engines sound their horn when approaching the level crossing) is 24/7, but that isn’t the fault of the owner, as the sound echoes around the valley in the quite of the night! I would suggest earplugs if you are a light sleeper as I was woken on occasions in the still of the night by the freight train horn. To be fair, we stayed 1 night at a hotel on Tunnel Mountain (other side of Banff) and I could hear the engine horn being sounded there as well. Suggest if you are a light sleeper, ear plugs may help! Didn’t detract from the stay though, would go back again...

Terrific location, great price, responsive owners

We stayed here 5 nights for a ski trip and the house is very conveniently located within walking distance of much of commercial Banff but far enough that there is no noise. We had a great stay

Family getaway

My husband and i and our two adult sons found the place perfect for our needs. We enjoyed Banff, hiking, the hot tub and just relaxing in the comfortable lodging. Thank you! Highly recommend!
