The house has a capacity for 4 people and everything you need to live: from bed linen and towels, to kitchen utensils and appliances. The apartment is located in the Plaza de Cervantes, one of the most emblematic and well known in the city. This square is one of the main nuclei of the historic center of Santiago, which is why it is surrounded by the main monuments, museums and other places of interest. Just 1 minute walk from the Cathedral, 2 minutes from Plaza de Abastos and 15 minutes from the bus and train station.

Unbeatable!
The apartment was in a suberb location and was equipped with everything to make our stay perfect. The quality of the interior was top drawer and Marce went over and above to ensure we had a wonderful holiday by suggesting restaurants, places to visit etc. I thoroughly recommend this apartment for location, fixtures and fittings plus overall ambience- go visit you won't regret it!

Spacious and convenient location
Marc was very helpful upon arrival even carrying up our luggage to our room. The location was very central however the noise was a problem thru the night (music festival). We enjoyed our time here

Huge apartment
You cannot ask for anything closer to the action. Beautiful bldg. and gorgeous apartment, everything looks new. Lots and lots of space, large refrigerator with large freezer. Owner was very kind to carry my luggage piece up the steps for me. Yes, it is noisy outside but closing all windows keeps the noise out. In a five minute walk you are at the front of the cathedral. Great price also.

Best location
The location of the unit is primo. It is on the second floor with no lift. Parking is a 10 minute walk through town. A 30 euro/wk parking pass is available at the parking garage with unlimited access. The bar across the street is a great place to chill at the end of the day and people watch. The downside is that it has live music or parties until 3am. And the bedroom is on the streetside. Closed windows block out most of the noise but provide no ventalation.
