Meraviglioso soggiorno presso la villa Oleandro

La villa Oleandro in cui abbiamo soggiornato è risultata completa di ogni confort, piacevole, luminosa, pulita e silenziosa è dotata anche di una meravigliosa fresca veranda in cui abbiamo assaporato il pesce fresco di Castellammare cucinato in giardino al barbecue. Oltre alla tonnara di Scopello e la Riserva dello Zingaro che si trovano a pochi passi, è stato possibile visitare con brevi gite alcune località dell’intorno: Erice, Trapani, le saline e Segesta. Ahimè il breve tempo della vacanza non ci ha concesso di dedicarci a pieno alla visita dei numerosi luoghi turistici vicini, che, facendo base in questa villa, contiamo di vedere il prossimo anno come: Marsala, Selinunte, l’isola di Favignana e Palermo. Ringraziamo i proprietari che ci hanno dato una mano nella scelta dei luoghi e delle cose da mangiare. Buona vacanza a tutti

Casa Scopello

Das Appartement befindet sich im 1. Stock eines kleinen Ferienhauses und verfügt über 3 Schlafräume, Bad, Ess-/Wohnraum, Küche, einer Terrasse und einem Garten, den man alleine benutzt. Die untere Wohnung verfügt über einen separaten Garten. Die Wohnung ist gepflegt und geräumig; die Vermieter (Vincenzo und Mariella) sehr freundlich und bemüht. Man trifft sich in Castellammare del Golfo (hervorragende Wegbeschreibung) und wird von Vincenzo zum Ferienhaus gebracht und eingeführt.

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und dennoch recht günstig gelegen. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer Art Ferienhaussiedlung - ca. 1,5 km vor Scopello. Zum Supermarkt (mit Metzger und angrenzendem Gemüseladen) ist es knapp 1 km, bis zum Eingang des wunderschönen Parco Naturale Dello Zingaro fährt man ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Im Park gibt es herrliche Badebuchten, zu denen man hinwandern kann; man kann aber auch in einer Bucht ganz in der Nähe baden. Wer nicht gerne selbst kocht, der findet in Scopello viele Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen.

Scopello is maybe the most striking and picturesque spot of the entire gulf of Castellammare. It is a small village, risen around a rural home towards the end of the 1700.

In its wonderful bay, limited by sea sea stacks and protected by old sighting towers, it is located the tuna-fishing net, which now unused, but it has been active until few years ago.

Its extraordinary transparent waters delight the shore with a wonderful sight of rocky sea beds rich of underwater vegetation.

It is reachable from Castellamare, driving by the beautiful Guidaloca bay and its beach of white shingle.
