About this property

Independent study attached to newly built detached house. With capacity for 3 people has a double bed and a single bed for adult.
It has a terrace and a private garden with attention to detail and, with a large barbecue.
Located in the heart of the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve and on the Camino de Santiago, located 3km from Gernika, 13km from beaches and sandy beaches and 35km from Bilbao. You will enjoy the scenery and relax in a protected and healthy environment.

The interior is very cozy. All the facilities, both indoor and outdoor, are located on the same level. Kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave, utensils for tea, coffee, kettle, toaster, juice squeezer, blender ...
Sofa bed 160x200 and 90x200 attached bed. In case of a baby, we have a travel cot that can be installed in the studio. Private bathroom with shower and includes a hairdryer. Towels, sheets, blankets and beach towels included.
Heating system and hot water without emissions respectful with the environment. It has an anti-theft alarm system. Construction of new construction following sustainable environmental criteria.

Excelente lugar para descansar

Ha sido una estancia muy agradable. Iñigo ha estado muy atento en todo momento y nos ha dado recomendaciones que nos han servido para que la estancia sea más agradable. El lugar te permite desconectar en su increíble jardín rodeado de naturaleza con inmejorables vistas.

Modern and very well equipped studio in beautiful surroundings

Owner was super helpful. Equipment, including dishwasher, blankets for sitting outside and beach towels were above average. Beautiful garden with a BBQ possibility for which wood was provided. Really nice experience.

Studio am Hügel in einer ruhigen Gegend

Positive: Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt von 12 Tagen im Studio, welches sich 5 Autominuten oberhalb von Gernika befand. Die Lage des Studios ist ruhig und bietet wenn man sich in den Garten stellt eine schöne Aussicht. Das Haus und Studio sind neuwertig und so wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Es war alles im Studio vorhanden was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos in Englisch möglich. Hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundlichkeit des Vermieters, der oft per Whatsup mit uns in Verbindung stand und bei Fragen sofort weitergeholfen hat. Auch die kleinen Gastgebergeschenke haben wir sehr nett gefunden. Negativ: Es gibt hierbei nicht viel negatives zu sagen. Man sollt sich bewusst sein, dass es im Studio für 3 Personen eng wird. (Studio wirkt auf den Fotos größer) Der Nachbarhund (welcher vermutlich den ganzen Tag angekettet ist) bellt sehr oft und wirkt störend wenn man am Abend draußen sitzt. (Hört man aber nicht im Studio drinnen) Für den Nachbarhund kann aber der Vermieter nichts. Wir würden, wenn wir zu zweit unterwegs in der Gegend sind, wieder kommen🙂
