Beautiful flat, large and very clean. Everything you would need for self catering. Great location near Accademia bridge and down to the front opposite Guidecca. Superb accommodation. Grazie Isabella

Perfect for two

Newly refurbished one bedroom one, reception flat overlooking picture perfect Romite canal in the heart of Dorsoduro equidistant from Zattere, Ca Rezzonica, and Accadamia vaporetto stops. A very small kitchen with 2 ring induction hob, microwave but no oven. Perfect for breakfasts and light meals. That said, we managed to cook a turbot from the Rialto market so can get by. A fantastic Venice base for a couple.

Fantastic apartment in a great location

The apartment is spacious and has quite rightly adopted a minimalistic approach to furnishing. On arrival it was spotlessly clean and aired. The bed is huge with clean crisp linen. It could not have been better placed, looking out on the canal from the balcony, where we were on the first floor watching Gondolars pass by was unforgettable. The street the apartment is situated in is mainly residential apart from a very nice restaurant next door and is very quiet.In closing I don't think you could stay in a place any more Venetian unless you put your bed in the middle of St Marks Square and slept there.

A Quiet Byway

The property is located on a charming little canal in a quiet block some eight minutes from the Campo San Barnaba, in Dorsoduro. . .. The spotless apartment, featuring modern furniture and decor, easily accommodates two guests. Two small balconies over the sidewalk offer photo opportunities. A highly regarded restaurant stands next door.

Tranquil Apartment on a Canal

Excellent location in Dorsoduro, close to Campo San Barnaba, quiet, walkable to major sites, good communication with owner and manager. This was our second stay.
