The immense outdoor spaces allow you to enjoy the summer vacation in full relaxation. It is equipped with a private swimming pool (active from April to October) and barbecue area. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped. The villa is part of a complex in which there is a second villa, totally separate and independent, with which it is partially shared the use of the park (the pool and the barbecue area are not shared). It is located in a strategic area to easily reach the sea, natural parks such as Zingaro, the Egadi, and places of great artistic and historical interest such as Segesta, Erice, Marsala, Selinunte, Palermo, Monreale, Trapani, Mothia, San Vito Cape, Scopello, Castellamare del Golfo ... and more.
