Beautiful apartment with magnificent qualities, good orientation, quiet and very nice located 3 minutes walk from the beach.

The house has 130 m2 with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite-shaped room, including its own bathroom and dressing room.

A large fully equipped kitchen, with clothesline, indispensable for life by the sea.

Large living room with access to a terrace of 23 m2 equipped with awnings and with nice views of the communal gardens and the pool.

It has air conditioning that provides hot and cold, with air conditioning to regulate the temperature.

Excellent apartment and very well equipped. Great location for golf and beach.

Suggest that you include a location plan showing the apartment as we did struggle to find it on arrival.

Casa amplia, de excelentes calidades, muy cuidada, limpia y bien equipada, con una orientación muy buena para el verano. La urbanización también muy cuidada y tranquila, muy bien situada dentro de Oliva Nova, tanto para ir andando a la playa como a la zona comercial. Lugar ideal para una vacaciones con niños.

Muy buena.... Parfait, très bien

Casa muy cómoda, nueva muy cerca de la playa dentro de una urbanización con piscina. Ideal para disfrutar en familia. Trato impecable con el dueño. Appartement très confortable, neuf, très près de la plage, situé dans une urbannisation avec piscine. C'est parait pour des vacances en famille.
