We call this apartment EP4.

This apartment is located in a beautiful Bauhaus building, with access to a green, roof top garden that also offers a view of the Parthenon.

The apartment has a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a marble en suite bathroom. The king size bed can be set up as two singles. Two more people sleep in the living room on a double sofa bed.

It offers free WiFi, flat screen TV and A/C. It has a washing machine / dryer.

Apartment EP4 is located on the second floor. Access to the apartment is made by a beautiful marble and to the roof top by an iron stair case.

This apartment is located in Psirri, minutes’ walk away from Monastiraki and Plaka.
Monastiraki station serves the Athens International airport and the port of Piraeus.
Plaka is the heart of Athens historical city centre, where most main monuments are located.
Psirri is a place where you still find lovely artisan shops such as candle making and leather workshops. It has great restaurants, cafes and art spaces.
You will also find grocery stores, bakeries and the Athens Central Food Market, the famous Varvakios Agora.
Walking around Psirri can be deceiving as it has many old buildings and lots of street art. The street art scene has produced many outstanding artists and their work is widely photographed and admired.
The artisan shops, the residents who greet each other by their first names and the visitors create a place of unique character.

• We are happy to provide flexible check in and checkout times, so just let us know when you would like to arrive and depart and we will do our best to satisfy your requests. Please note that depending on availability check in will be by 3pm and check out is by 11am.
• For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00 we recommend to use our reliable taxi drivers who will pick you up at the airport and check you into the apartment. The cost is 45 Euros up until 23:00 and 60 Euros between 23:00 and 05:00. (mini van for larger groups also available).
Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, one of our staff will welcome you at the apartment. There is a late check-in fee of 20 Euros, which you need to pay upon arrival.

4 days in athens first rate appt and service

excellent apt in the centre of athens with everything close at hand for a great stay and a lovely roof terrace with your own view of the acropolis. the service we received was first rate with costas been on hand whenever we needed him.the small tour of the surrounding area around the appt was just what you needed to orientate yourself in a strange city.defineatley reccomend.

Just Wonderful!

My husband and I just finished a wonderful 4 week stay at Boutique Athens. The apartment was excellent and all of our needs were met. First, as soon as we stepped off of the Metro one of the property managers, Lia, was there to meet us. She guided us from the metro stop to the apartment through the winding and artistic streets of Psyrri. Lia was very knowledgeable and gave us a brief history lesson of the area. She was very helpful again during our trip when we were trying to spend a day at the beach. There was a taxi strike going on so she helped us to arrange a private car to transport us as we found the bus system to be difficult to navigate. Lia was always very responsive to any questions we had and went out of her way to make sure we were accommodated. The apartment itself was very spacious - not what we expected from our previous travels in Europe. It had an adequate kitchen, a spacious living room, and a king size bed. The bathroom was also bigger than we expected and very comfortable. We had friends staying with us during portions of our trip and did not feel at all cramped in the apartment. There was a lovely balcony overlooking the courtyard from the third floor. We were also only one flight of stairs down from the rooftop which had a fresh herb garden and a nice view of the Acropolis. We spent several nights cooking out and having drinks and dinner on the roof while admiring the views of ancient Greece. Europe's biggest outdoor open market was just a quick walk away making all of our grocery shopping very easy. There are two ways to get there - one a bit seedier than the other, albeit faster. The long way is more scenic but can be difficult if you are lugging alot of food back home with you. We opted to take the faster route several times and while we did not feel altogether safe we also were not bothered. I would advise against travelling this street at night though. The area around the apartment is very nice and is located in the heart of artistic Psyrri. We spent many evenings strolling through the street from Psyrri to Monastroiki. The roadway has lots of good bars and the occasional fire breathing street performers. It's a good area to be in for night life. Down the street from the apartment is the DaDa bar operated by Evangeli. We spent many nights here and became good friends with the staff and patrons of the bar.
